Kind staff, and rooms looked quite good , well kept and modern, including WiFi access. Provided towels and soap. The location is quite great. It is right opposite the train station and there is a tram right outside, around three stops to the main downtown area and the chateau de Caen

Despite it being a holiday and mixing up my check in time, host graciously let me into my room early, which I greatly appreciated. The location is fantastic, right in front of the train station.

The train station is right in front of the hotel. Although check-in normally starts at 17:00, the host let me in at 13:00.

The room was quite small. The neighborhood did not look safe at night.

My objective was being close to the train station and rental car return. This hotel met those objectives. The room is small and fair overall.

Small room and bathroom, but clean and with modern furniture. Very comfortable bed in which a soft flat sheet is much more appreciated than a duvet in May with 32 degrees Celsius, so I was happy to not find a duvet in this hotel. Rental car agencies for pick up/drop off are next door and the train station is just opposite, served also by tram and bus lines.

Check-in is a bit tricky and misleading because the reception is not located behind the door where "Hotel" can be read, but in the restaurant next door, which was closed when I arrived.

Clean, convenient location, quiet, safe & helpful proprietor. He stored our luggage when we got in early so we were free to explore Caen. He served us breakfast each morning and asked how our previous day was.

There was nothing to dislike.

The entrance system was a little confusing and the key system is a little different to operate.

The room was fine for one night. Right next to the train station, my train was at 7 AM, so the location was perfect

Everything! Very nice hosts, great location, walking distance to city center, very comfortable room, great shower, very nice breakfast. Would definitely come back!
