Location was very convenient

Ottima posizione, la metro é davanti all'hotel e a 20 min a piedi sono raggiungibili sia il centro storico che il fiume Meno. Buona zona di Francoforte, meglio arrivarci dalla stazione in metro che a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato con un bimbo di 7 mesi e devo dire che mi sono sentita al sicuro. L' acqua, sia dentro al frigo che nella struttura é gratis. Un plus pazzesco dato che ovunque una bottiglietta non costa meno di 2 euro. Staff gentilissimo, amichevole e disponibile. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa, piu delle Standard. Sicuramente lo terremo presente nel caso di un altra gita a Francoforte.

Colazione veramente minima. Dicono sia al Buffet ma le uniche cose effettivamente mangiabili sono i panini e le confetture. Le Brioche erano pochissime, Affettati e formaggi meglio non guardarli nemmeno perché sudavano tutti molto visibilmente, insomma colazione un po da paura. Le camere sono proclamate come camere non fumatori Poi pero ci sono dei terrazzini dove pensavamo si potesse fumare dato che tutti lo facevano. Invece no. Vietato solo per chi non si nascondeva a quanto pare🤣 tra l altro, balcone anche questo da paura senza nemmeno una sedia da esterno. Purtroppo la pulizia della camera ma anche del bagno lasciavano molto a desiderare. Ho spostato il letto del piccolo per metterlo un po piu vicino a me, ho trovato sotto la festa degli acari. Nel bagno, calcare ovunque. Nota molto negativa: LA PORTA DEL BAGNO. L' hotel dovrebbe assolutamente menzionare al momento della prenotazione che il bagno ha una porta SENZA CHIUSURA. porta fatta di Vetro opaco che rimaneva aperta, sempre. Ora, io capisco se si viene in coppia, ma pensate voi se foste con un collega per un viaggio o con un amico, sarebbe stato da piangere. Asciugamani doccia e mani molto piccoli.

Everything was nice! Room clean, comfy and nice. Highly recomend

The only one thing was noisy street (aspecially at saturday's evening) but with big window there's nothing you can do.

The breakfast was good, the staff at the restaurant gave good service. Loved the location, made our short stay more exciting as it was in the heart of the city The little refrigerator in the room was stocked with an assortment of drinks, that was lovely. Sunny, one of the staff was really kind and friendly and constantly gave us directions navigate the city

The lift was bad on the day of our arrival and we had to carry our luggages up the stairs 😞

Good breakfast and nice and clean room. Also quite nice service. Nice extra surprise was that the drinks in the room were included in price.

Heavy traffic and pedestrian sounds trough windows during night.

Proximity to the train station

I used to travel to Germany regularly and I've never visited Frankfurt. I wasn't impressed by the city only, but also with the choice of the hotel. The room was very quiet considering the area, it's a nice walk to the old town by the river, the breakfast and bar are fair, the staff is very friendly. Perfect choice, thank you!

Be minding the area! I do not recommend to walk towards the station, especially further than that. I ended up there accidently the 1st night, and it is really not a safe place, even during the day. Walk towards the river and the city center!
