Two balconies were amazing. Huge amount of room. Great use of space. Spectacular location. Excellent parking. Large fridge. Pet friendly. And it was quiet!! Slept wonderfully. Birds singing in the trees.

The attention and guidance of our host was spectacular. The location is amazing, you can reach several amazing spots just walking between 20 to 25 min. The weather and the coast view were worth it every time.

The water had a lot of calcium. We decided to buy bottled water.

it was clean and well appointed with what you needed to do like cooking and quiet. Then location was great as there was a bakery and a place to get coffee within In a block. The bus stop for buses going west out of the city was just out the door to the right. There are no obvious signs you have to look for the bus stop painted on the pavement. four buses Going into the city you have to walk three short walks south to the street that fronts the harbor.

There was nothing I did not like about the apartment.

It was really nice having two Balconies for myself, very clean and comfortable. Would visit it again.

Very friendly host, great value for money and a lot of space. Plus, most of all, pet friendly!

Lovely apartment has everything you need and 2 lovely terraces.

Good arrangement of rooms in the apartment, two terraces on opposite sides giving the opportunity to find shade at any time of day, close to 2 shops and restaurants. Good compromise between proximity to beach and old town. The property is located on a fairly busy one-way road but this is not a nuisance. Instead, it is a good starting point for car trips and in a walking distance to the old town. There was also a possibility of using a washing machine on the property.

There was no iron in the apartment

It was our second visit at Villa Lipa. We were very happy with our stay and found everything we needed during our one week stay. The two terraces in our room were gourgeous, the garden looks great mediterranean style. The bed was comfortable, AC was a big + during those hot days.
