We had a very lovely stay!!

Beautiful, spacious apartment with water views and views of Old Zadar. The terrace was large and comfortable with Table, couch, swinging bench, and single swing. The hosts provided every imaginable necessary toiletry - toothpaste, makeup remover, lotion, Q Tips, everything. The host was incredibly kind and met us out front, made sure we had parking, and met us again on departure. I would have lived here forever.

The apartment is up 11 flights of stairs with no elevator. Pack lightly!

The location was great, the apartment very comfy and well outfitted. And the hosts were extraordinary, even taking my husband to the airport at the crack of dawn. The balcony was amazing!

1. The description of this property never once said that the apartment was on the fifth floor and that there is no elevator to get to the apartment. 2. There is only one small AC unit at the entrance of the apartment which did not succeed in cooling either of the two bedrooms.

Obviously the view is utterly amazing! The apartment is roomy and nice, has all the ameneties one could want and/or need, and the host is lovely. On the broadwalk in front of the apartment is a bakery, small shop/kiosk, and an atm. Old town is just 2 minutes away across the bridge. I am pretty sure we will return here sometime! Do note that the apartment is up a few flights of stairs with no elevator so perhaps not suited to people with disabilities, but for those who are blessed with two working legs, this apartment is well worth the workout!! Communications with the host were super good, replied quickly and was readily available to check us in at our convinience.

We could not find one thing to complain about during our stay.

The owner met us at the unit.....and let us in. He was accommodating as our arrival time changed as we got lost on our way - so we appreciate that he was flexible and understanding for our getting there! Beautiful view over looking the old city and easy to walk to all the main activities in the area.

The unit is a little dated but it was comfortable and spacious and provided all the amenities (for all the places we stayed they had the best selection of extra little amentities!!).

The location is perfect. Very close to the old town. A warm welcome and a pleasant stay.

Gordan & Jasminka are very kind hosts, the apartment is comfortable and had a great, great location. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful view of Zadar's old town. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Only if pressurised to pick on anything, maybe luck of the lift as apartment is on the 6th floor.

Super centralized location.

Big apartment with two bedrooms. The host reserved a parking place near the building. The city center is 2min away on foot. The apartment has all the necessary amenities to cook, wash and clean. The greatest thing in this apartment is a huge terrace facing the old town where you can enjoy the sunset.

One of the bedrooms is transitional and very small, you barely have where to put your foot when leaving the bed. Its not very comfortable when traveling with friends.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. Very well equipped. It has a large balcony where you can sit and see the panorama of the city. The location of the apartment is perfectly situated, close to everything. The host Gordan was very kind and helpful. During our stay, he offered us pancakes and offered a free transfer to the airport. Overall, I recommend 100% the apartment.

Very very clean. It literally has everything. Every little detail thought through with love.

Friendly and attentive host, always available for any information or help. Apartment is excellent, equipped with anything you may want to need. It has really big terrace with spectacular view overlooking the sea and old town peninsula. It was a true pleasure to stay at this accommodation and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Gordan is an excellent host, very welcoming and keen to help with literally anything! The apartment is very well equipped, and the view from that sunny terrace is everything!!
