Lokatie en parkeerplaats. Je bent zo de stad in met taxi of met de metro.

Lokatie. Ook fijn dat er een parkeerplaats is. Verder redelijk basic hotel, daar is de prijs ook naar. Binnen 10 met taxi het centrum in (prijs tussen 10-15 euro). Ook vlakbij metro. Bakker en supermarkt om de hoek ! Zeer fijn personeel…

The hotel is sweet with super friendly staff & close to the airport. There's a cool little bar downstairs. It was quiet despite being by a big main road.
The cleanliness could have been better, there were toothpaste marks on the sink & the shower drain flooded immediately. There were also some jumping bugs in the room (not on the bed which looked very clean) but we were only there for about 9 hours so didn't even open the doors to the outside. Also the description says it's less than a ten minute walk to to nearest metro station which isn't true, it's more like 15. Bearing this in mind I would think that it would be at a cheaper price.

Staff was helpful and nice. The hotel is beautiful. The room was big and two ACs. Chess table in the lobby.
Booking.com's fault apparantely but we booked a room with 3 single beds but got 1 single bed and a twin bed. No shower curtain in the bathroom and the bathroom drain wasn't made so that the water would flow into it which made it pool on the floor. Also nothing to swipe it in the drain.

Bad sound proofing of windows and traffic nose at all times, day and night.
Air is damper in the room, especially in the bathroom, than outside. You need to use airco and that doesn't solve the whole problem.

This hotel is very close to my heart for a number of years and it has not changed a bit - the Team at the hotel is amazing, always very welcoming and making one feel at home. The Christmas decorations were wonderful, and the room was very pleasant and clean. The location was suitable for my purpose too - not too far from the metro (and the city centre), and also close to other places on the other side of the city. I will be returning to Hotel Elizabeth again and again and again.

The staff was very kind. We unexpectedly ended up at the childrens hospital in Athens for a few days with nothing but the clothing on ur backs and needed a place to alternate sleeping and freshening up. The staff was very accommodating and sympathetic to our situation. They had a perfect place to sleep for a great price.

Rooms are ok with free wifi ,tv , bath ,mini refrigerator , air condition ...so l guess a fine complete pack...
1.You should be provided with basic stuff like bottles of water or anything else you desire from outside since l really doubt it has even kitchen for breakfast or coffee ... because I asked for morning coffee and told me that they can order from outside...
2. The mattresses are too soft that they devour you and mostly your pelvis ... Really bad experience if you're not into soft beds ... My back was aching me in the morning ... The few hours l slept ...
3. Could change the sheets every day... I stayed two ... There was no sheet changing during my stay...
