Not so good for complete beginners

very disappointing, the facilities were tired with broken door, handles and lights not working.. rooms were below standard and not clean. Even worse my son was bitten by bugs in his bed and we have requested a full refund plus compensation however not heard from the hotel since. Very disappointing would not recommend unless you wish to catch bedbugs.

The swimming pool and spa area was too full of small children not being properly supervised by their parents.

Our two bedroom apartment very easily accommodated four adults. Plenty of room with good facilities and excellent mountain views. Whilst we did not book because of the additional facilities, it was a bonus to have the indoor pool and spa facilities available.

It wasn't clear at either the time of booking or on arrival, where we should check-in. There are several accommodation buildings in the complex served by one reception; this was not communicated to us and so we spent a lot of time walking around with our luggage trying to find where to go to check in. During our stay we saw several other people struggling with the same issue. A map of the accommodation complex and instructions on where to check in would have been welcome.

apartments were clean and spacious, bread delivery was brilliant, location was very good.

Perfect Location

finishes in the room are a little worn. A glass door leading out to our balcony was cracked and temporarily fixed with tape.

Ok for a lads weekend but strongly disliked all the noise from the stu bru festival. Clearly trying to fill up the resort with party people.

Ski instructors, slopes, skiing, bars during the day,

French Manners, stubbornness, lack of understanding a tourist and unaccommodating nature of the french. Other nationalities and bars & restaurants were trying hard.

Could ski straight onto the piste and get to the ski lockers without needing to walk with your skis. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for cooking and eating. Staff were very friendly and catered to our every need

Spacious apartment. Apartment blocks, parking, reception and spa linked by underground corridors.

Unable to control temperature of the apartment which was set by the hotel. Apartment was really hot and uncomfortable, which was a constant 30°C. Staff said it was set at 19°C and wouldn’t adjust it. All the guests in the group had cold/ stuffy at the end of the holiday. Apartment Amenda 105 is directly under the main entrance. Other guests disregarding the signs and information stating not to wear ski boots entering or leaving the apartment block made very loud noise as they left and entered right above the apartment. This went on all day from 0730 every morning. Staff didn’t see the problem. Hotel WiFi unworkable at peak times (0730-0900, 1530-2100) No towel exchange throughout the stay. Swimming pool a nice size but very cold and had a lot of chlorine in the water. Both my daughter and I only stayed for 20 minutes and had to leave with itchy eyes. My wife didn’t enter the pool but also had irritated eyes just sitting near the pool. Booking.com included 70€ City Tax within the confirmation but the hotel also requested the City Tax on check-in. Unable to contact Booking.com for a refund of the City Tax they charged.

the TV is very outdated, smart tv with no netflix, amazon or disney video apps in a smart TV??? that was ok for 2010 maybe, but not anymore. TV needs upgrade…

friendly staff, perfect ski in and ski out location. everything works and has been thought through for practicality when skiing. loved the pool and sauna at the end of the day.
