L’accoglienza della ragazza del front desk pari a zero, far trovare una camera differente da quella prenotata prima della partenza con balcone in camera, comunicandomelo solo dopo aver pagato…nonostante abbia avuto conferma scritta dall’hotel stesso prima del mio arrivo. Str…a. - Aver detto a Booking telefonicamente a seguito di una mia telefonata che mi era stata assegnata una stanza migliore ma così non è stato - camera all’interno con polvere e pareti che si scorticavano dall’umido come da foto e video

location was easy to find just of the high way, the male staff was very polite and little speaking English which was a good thing, was very friendly with my kids, there is lift on the promises
the lady was a little rude and no English speaking, The card was accepted on location after pressure as she refused at first that I must pay in cash The shower was really small so if you are a little more over the average person u have problems to be comfortable, the aircon in the room was on however isn't blow much and not moving was fix with a sellotape, the third bed was added to expand the sleeping capacity but was overcrowded as is completely block access to wardrobe and left little room to move around

It's near the airport and opposite the hospital. So depends on your needs it's quite good accommodation for a sleep over.

The staff were nice, and for an overnight stay it was convenient. I liked the fact that there was Reid in my room against mosquitoes. There is no breakfast available, but there is a bar in the same building where guests can have morning croissants and coffee.
The two rooms were separated by one floor. The host did apologize for this inconvenience.

Staff was very helpful, ordered a taxi for us and gave a body thermometer for a night as we had a sick child. Room was very spacious. Beds were quite comfortable.
The hotel is quite worn out. Location next to a hospital makes it noisy (ambulances and helicopters). Bathroom and beds were clean, but other parts of the room and balcony not so much.

There were some ants on the bathroom floor, and the room could use a kettle to boil some tea.

In the bathroom I forgot my expensive dress (100 %) 30 minutes after I left hotel, they told my they didnt find it. After that I also wrote email, after few days the answer was the same. And also they dindt speak english, it was hard to explain what i want.
So, they still my dress, nowhere else something like that happend to me.

We arrived later in Treviso and spent one night in this hotel before moving to Venice. It is a simple hotel, the room was big and clean, it includes a minibar which was very useful to keep refrigerated water during summer time. The taxi to the airport is around €20 and to the train station is around €15 which in general is quite cheap.
The relation quality/cost is not the best, the beds are not too comfortable and there is no breakfast (not even paying for it).

A really big room, close to the Treviso airport
In the hotel doesn't work credit cards terminal (or owner of hotel prefers the cash). Nobody speaks English, so if you don't speak Italian and don't have enough money in cash, it's may be a problem
