Great location for the ski lift ir if you are a beginner

Can not spend cash in the hotel or bar only on the hotel card. Good cresh/kids club and adult entertainment as long as everyone speaks French. Don't get me wrong we are in France but the Spanish,Greek,Portuguese and Dutch and many other holiday destinations manage to have an international flavor with their entertainers that cater for all the guests. The highly advertised health suite was a disaster zone. Locker out of order,spar very cold got in and got out. It is not a 4 star hotel barely 3 .this is the top end for price I would recommend going for a family run establishment. You are also at the wrong end of town if you want a bit of action at night . Don't get me wrong I am 67 so am not a party animal but ot is a 15 walk to find a bar outside the hotel.

Loved the location, food was excellent, equipment hire was very easy and good quality. Overall a good stay! it’s a family oriented hotel, great if you have kids, a little noisy if you don’t.

Spa was a little small and the jacuzzi cold.

Location was great. Food was without a doubt the best thing about this hotel.

Rooms were small, and the bath was big enough for a child. The maids left hand towels rather than bath towels everyday. The spa was cold and smelt damp. We reported it and nothing was done.

Nothing, I had to move to another hotel.

The room was filthy, there were no towels, no soap, no shampoo. the sheets were not clean either....disgusting. The spa was under repair and very small...not as advertised. The food was over cooked. Eggs in the morning were burnt.
