Everything was perfect.

1: Excellent staff <-> client rapport; they are friendly, clearly eager to establish good communication & for clients to ultimately have a positive experience; more so than a lot of 4* hotels I've been to, 2: availability of parking (included in the price), 3: breakfast - included in the price; humble, but the basics were there, & the staff was available to make fresh eggs or coffee if anything was used up, 4: sufficient space in the rooms, 5: cleanliness, 6a: location - it's easy to get to the place, as long as you're by car, 6b: location - a bit on the outside of the city, quiet.

1: this would be nitpicking, but the shower cabin was a bit tight (& I'm not a big guy by any means), 2: the A/C took a long time to even start dropping the temperature, 3: the rooms could be slightly better soundproofed - to consider during the next renovation when doors would be changed.

Location out of town means easy parking. Restaurant facilities. Price / quality is very good.
