Overall good.

Though it was just my husband and I, this house is perfect for two couples or a family group, as there is one bedroom + full bath and sitting area on the main floor and a master suite + 2 more bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped. The 2 screened porches, one up and one on the main floor, were a comfortable, breezy place for lounging. The pool is lovely. The setting was so peaceful. Very quiet and beautiful view out to the river and the sunset.

This property is very clean and accommodating. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to cook and serve a large group. Mary Rose was very prompt with answering our questions. The canal view from the back is gorgeous! We had a blast playing games with seating for 8 at the dining room table. Great for a large family.

It has always been my dream to rent a vacation home large enough to hold my family, with room to entertain family who live in Port Saint Lucie. This dream came true right after my recent retirement. This beautiful home was perfect and had everything we could hope for…..it was actually better than my dream. We all thank you, Mary Rose!

Mary was a wonderful host! I grew up in this house in the 90's with my grandparents, and was so thrilled to find it listed here. I booked it for my family to visit my grandparents. It was just as we remembered but better! Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable. The pool was great and we enjoyed fishing. There was plenty of space for us to hang out, relax, and have a family dinner. Highly recommend!

Very nice place, with plenty of room for everyone. Pool was especially nice, my family really enjoyed it! North River Shores is a pleasant location that's away from everything (why I liked it). Highly recommend! Thanks to Mary Rose for offering this wonderful vacation spot!

We had 5 adults and 2 little children. The bedroom setup was very nice for all of us and all those bathrooms are a big plus. Kitchen is well equipped and nice.. We had a dinner party for 12 family members and could sit at the big table. We all enjoyed the pool and the screen porches up and down. Plenty of comfy seating areas. Pretty sunset views down the canal to St. Lucie River. We caught some fish and some big ones got away. We all really enjoyed this VRBO house.

Our group of 6 adults had a wonderful stay at Sunset Paradise! The guys fished for hours from the dock while the girls hung out around the pool. Sunsets were amazing, right at the end of the canal. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and basic condiments. Comfy beds, lots of towels and several spaces to hang out in. Very close to downtown Stuart. The beach was a 15 minute drive but beautiful with restrooms and snack bar. Several public golf courses nearby, one even within walking distance! All in all, a very nice getaway!

This rare property is wonderfully appointed, well maintained and magically located. Highly recommended.

Mary’s property was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room, great water views, the best stocked kitchen of any Brno I’ve ever stayed in, and comfy furnishings.

This home exceeded all expectations for an away home. From the extra towels, sheets, kitchen supplies you name it, it had it and then some. Mary was always communicative from the start. Wifi worked well throughout for working remotely. The location is central to everything from malls, stores, and restaurants. The pool and view to the river was beautiful. I can't say enough about the home excepts I would not hesitate to rent it again.

We loved the space in this house and we spent so much time in the pool! I enjoyed doing yoga in the upstairs screen room - the grill was great and we did a lot of cooking- a great space for our almost annual gathering of our son/girlfriend, daughter/granddaughter!!

I rented this home for guests at my daughter's wedding in Palm City. As it turned out there were just four guests plus me but we used all the bedrooms for at least one night. Unfortunately, most of our time was spent in Palm City BUT on my arrival night, I happened to be standing in the dining room and turned to look out the slider just as I saw the exact picture Maryrose uses to advertise the property. The sunset was absolutely spectacular so I made sure that everyone showed up just one evening so they could all enjoy it. Mission accomplished. With all the privacy in so many indoor and outdoor patios, you couldn't ask for a nicer property. Plus there is everything you could possibly need supplied throughout the home.

Lots of room for a family to spread out and enjoy a vacation. Sunset view over the water. Screened in bar area and lots of outdoor furniture. Essentially two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one down plus two other bedrooms. Fully furnished including the outdoor areas. Well stocked full kitchen (dishes, cookware, utensils, glasses, etc) as well as an outdoor grill makes cooking in a breeze. Great location - on the water but also close to stores/shopping.

My 95 year old father had a wonderful time at the house. He went down to their private dock to fish at least twice a day. All three of his children and two of their spouses helped him celebrate his birthday in style. The house was beautiful and had everything needed for making lifelong memories.

Everything we needed for a relaxing time. Home was clean, well appointed, and the outdoor area was the icing on the cake. We have family in the area and will choose to stay again if the occasion arises. Beautiful setting.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing! House was furnished with everything we needed. Pool was too cold for the kids to swim and that was one of our main attractions to the house was the heated pool.

My family met in Stuart for a Memorial Service for my daughter. The house was clean and the kitchen was equipped with all utensils and pots and pans. The canal was an added plus for the fishermen in the family.Mary Rose was excellent to work with and answered all my questions. The bed on the first floor was very high and I had to go out and buy a stool to step on to get into the bed. The pool guy came to do maintenance while we were in the pool. That was an inconvenience. Overall a good experience.
