The property is amazingly managed. Hotel solitaire have all the in-house facilities in property like pool spa gym Resturant and bar. The staff is so humble and helpful. Specially The manager Ms Sheetal and her team who will go beyond your expectations to make your stay comfortable.

Pleasant stay at The Solitaire, nice staff & manager Sheetal maam, Arti, Rajesh, Sonakshi & Rakesh at Front desk were very helpful.
Room was very clean and good
Food was also very amazing
Other facilities like Pool, Spa, Coffee shop & gym
Overall the stay there was fantastic and place was also very good highly appreciated and recommend

The hospitality is at par and the food is amazing... my stay has always been a memorable one... To remember just 1 name Ms Sheetal the manager at the hotel and other too really are very courteous and really takes care of their guests needs... all the best to the whole team and best wishes... Most recommended place for your stay, whenever you visit Dehradun....

The staff is courteous, good food, away from city noises but still closer to everything.

Staff was extraordinarily helpful not only in getting taxi service but also helping out in selecting nice touristy locations in the area to visit.
General cleanliness was not quite up to expectations (washed, but stainy bed covers).
Advertised facilities were out of order (TV set didn't work, safe in the room was inaccessible, bath tub could not be used).

I loved the ambience, the warm welcome and the excellent condition of the rooms. The showers were powerful and amazing, I enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and sewing kit!
The food and service was exceptional and I'd love to return

Room and toilet was big, beds were clean
It is an old hotel, dilapidated. Rooms are big but wearing out and dingy, location is terrible next to a flyover of a national highway. The waiters who serve breakfast in the morning were having no etiquette, looks like no training in place. The hotel room rent was expensive on booking.com when bought about one month back but dropped by half near the stay

Great service of staff, food quality was excellent. Free breakfast good. Front desk and bell desk staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms cleanliness could be better, door lock was old and bathroom fittings also looked worn out. Restaurant service was slow for alacarte lunch/dinner orders.
