Older premises but very well maintained. Staff were brilliant

Enjoyable stay friendly, helpful staff. Room very comfortable and clean. Enjoyable dinner in restaurant.

The location was passable.

-we were checked in 1 and a half hours late -there was mould on the ceiling and mirror and shower -toilet paper in the garden -broken blinds -the room had not been cleaned properly -Yellow stain on towels -gooey white substance on guide booklet -rude receptionist -poo smeared on outside of toilet bowel (motel staff came and cleaned) -aircon doesn't reach top room, and despite having the air-conditioning set to 17C for over three hours, it was too hot to sleep in -the table was softer than the beds -paper thin walls, heard an entire conversation next door and screaming children -the pillows were bricks -extremely outdated facilities -floors were disgusting, had to wear shoes at all times

Shower was great

Wasn't the room I had booked, was much smaller. Only 1 PowerPoint in kitchen, had to unplug and replug every time you wanted to use a different appliance. No shelves in fridge, were broken and sitting on top of fridge, stove broken and knobs missing. 2sml lounge chairs extremely uncomfortable. Walked whole complex looking for outside bins to put rubbish in, there wasn't any so had to leave bin in room overflowing with rubbish and only one bin bag provided. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for 3 people for 3 days, had to resort to using tissues. Definitely not worth the money paid.

Bathroom updated with new tiles etc. Large double shower and separate toilet room. Comfortable queen size bed.

Room lights not all working.

Comfortable room, plenty of space, good location. Friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out.

No sink or bowls.

Cutlery in the rooms would be helpful. Not even a spoon to make coffee was present. Staff were happy to provide upon request so not a major problem besides dinner was cold by the tome we went down to source forks
