The hotel is freshly decorated and is stylish and modern. Our room was large with a spacious bathroom and very spacious shower. Everything worked well and the room and hotel had everything we needed. Facilities were excellent and we had a fridge and a safe in the room. Staff were friendly and very helpful and there was always someone available to answer any questions. The breakfast was beautifully arranged with home made cakes and pastries and a wide choice, and everything was replenished quickly. The hotel is well positioned, a 2 minute walk to the lake front, bars, restaurants and shops, and a 1 minute walk to the main bus stop. We highly recommend this hotel.

The appartment was modern with excellent air conditioning - very welcome in such hot weather. we were able to self cater for most meals and still eat out several times for that special meal. Comfy sofa(bed), TV; Wifi; plenty of shelf & cupboard space; washing m/c; small outside area to peg things out. Bonus is Solarium - roof terrace to sit with a sun-downer and enjoy the view of the lake. Excellent location for a variety of shops, bars & cafes and good selection of restaurants. Also promenade in which to walk off that pizza. Anna was very friendly & helpful and even parcelled up some cake for our journey home.

Not a big deal, but had to be mindful of running too many electrical appliances at the same time.

great location, amazing staff

This is our 2nd time at this hotel. A very clean hotel. Fantastic location, very close to the lake. The staff are friendly and accommodting, nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend a comfort room as it is a big room with a fridge, safe and complimentary slippers. The breakfast is fabulous with home made biscuits and cake.

The staff are super friendly, the rooms spacious and clean and the breakfast delicious. It's just 1 alley down to the water front It's 3* but makes you feel like 4*. Would definitely recommend.

I guess you can't ever satisfy anyone, so it was good there was space to place our suitcase and hang some clothes. Personally, since we stayed a week, I would have preferred a closet for my clothes. But it's not a biggie, the hotel was still perfect.

Another very pleasant stay with a lovely welcome. An excellent breakfast understandably a little limited at the moment.

A nice comfortable hotel, modern design and very clean. High quality of bed (top quality of sheets) , excellent bathroom, delicious breakfast. Located on walking distance of museum, shops, parking and the lake. Part of historical city. Excellent restaurants nearby. We will return!
