property not well maintained...air condiioner not working, tv non working, no glasses in room or at desk, no ice, no security whatsoiver, desk staff closed at 6 but but beds were clean

The Corita is a great location, with beach front access. You are able to use comfortable day beds in the shade of an umbrella right on the beach with incredible views. We were lucky enough even to see some whales and dolphins from shore. The facilities are clean and the staff are great! Lots of friendly people staying there also. Good value for money.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable and could probably do to be replaced. But for the location I would stay again.

Great little hotel, very basic. Great AC, great beach access, rooms are large, sparsely decorated. Beds are horrible, however we were only there 1 night, and I would definitely stay again.

An older hotel but in a great location. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and well looked after.
It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. There was an understandable language barrier. That being said, I feel desk staff could be encouraged to learn better English. I couldn’t simply communicate that there was a leak with the cold water tap.

When booking I specifically mark that I needed wifi due to work, and there was no wifi in my room, I asked the staff but they didnt help at all

Toilet leaked water onto floor. And sink was backed up. They also left trash from bad guests all over pool area until late afternoon

10 minute walk to restaurants. spacious. full kitchen. close drive to grocery store. nice mom pop corner store near by. mango trees tight outside complex!

Great location at a good price. We could hear the waves crashing on the beach from our room. The hotel is older but clean. The room was spacious and you have direct access to the beach.
