Location was fantastic!
Maybe air con but there were 2 fans, just not used to it I guess!

The place is located in the old town house within the historic part of the town, which is absolutely stunning. We were really taken by the authentic Italian feel of the place.
It is quite far from the car park (if you have to carry heavy suitcases) and the nearest car park isn't free. We couldn't work out charges so we ended up going a bit further out and leaving the car on the street for free. We only had light luggage, so it wasn't a problem - but this could be a problem for travelers with heavy bags.

Location and the atmosphere of the surrounding was great.
We paid for breakfast, but we had to leave early so we could not receive our breakfast after all. The owner sent us to a near-by bar to refer to him and eat there, but the bar was closed and after all we never received the paid-for breakfast.

La Torretta is nested at the heart of the small borgo of Tuscania (inside the walls), in a splendid position. This was one of the hottest Italian summers ever: my room, nonetheless, was fresh and comfortable, thanks to the ceiling fan and to an additional one, that Carlo brought to me saying that I would need it (my room was directly under the roof). And he was right. Carlo (the host) is a nice and reserved gentleman: very gentle and always willing to help. The price was really good and I feel like recommending this solution to anyone who likes spending time in this part of Italy...

Extremely cold room. Central heating was operated by owner and started at 6 pm on 31st December! Very poor breakfast served in the bedroom where space was limited... to say so.
