The clean rooms and the location being close to the mall
The elevator didn’t work going down on the sixth floor.

La ubicación es buena, justo a lado de un centro comercial grande. cerca de la entrada de Chetumal.
Me cambiaron la habitación sin previo aviso, yo reserve con cama king size y me mandaron a una con dos camas matrimoniales, tuve que preguntar para que me informaran que se quedaron sin habitaciones y por eso me escalaron a una mejor (en un viaje de pareja dos camas no es una mejora).

el desayuno que dan incluido, esta muy escaso, con muy poca variedad, mal guisado, frutas muy verdes y malas, el jugo de naranja artificial y muy malo el horario muy reducido

When I got there, my reservation had been canceled, and I was not notified by text nor email.Took about 2 hours to get me a room I didn't reserve, and I had no choice but to settle because every other hotel seemed booked. I had my family with me who were all tired and we just wanted to rest our heads so we accepted the at the time and were great full to the clerk for being considerate, an uncleaned room with the promise to get it changed to what was reserved the following day.The following morning while the room was cleaned we were forced to stay in the room that we had and were made the responsible for having lost our reservation because we got to the hotel at 11pm Mexican time.Some 5 hours after checkin.This was in not in even fine prints anywhere on the reservation and also we have not received to this day any cancelation email or text.

I liked that it was in a convenient location. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds.
I booked my hotel months in advance, but when I reached they charged me much more than I had booked it for.
The channels were all in Spanish except for CNN. They need more staff to keep the dining area clean while guests are there. I think they should change up the menu a little. Staying three days eating the same thing becomes boring.
