location is amazing. Could not be better.

Could do with a repaint but this is probably reflected in the price.

It wasn't well cleaned

The location was absolutely fantastic. Across from the beach with fabulous sea views. The area is beautiful, clean beaches, lovely people, fantastic walks/cycle routes with lots of wonderful places to stop and have coffee or something to eat. Lovely large balcony with large table and chairs for sitting out in the evening. We could not have asked for anything more only more time in the area.

The property lacked a few basic details: plugs for the sinks (kitchen and bathroom), no draining board or tea towels which in particular made it extremely difficult to wash up. . Very limited equipment in the kitchen but luckily we had bought a lot of the basics ourselves.. The fridge door kept falling off and the freezer compartment door was broken so the fridge kept freezing then defrosting which meant quite a lot of ruined food and a lot of water on the floor. The bathroom desperately in need of an update, the shower would not drain probably because being so close to the beach people return to the apartment covered in sand and it blocks the drains. There are showers on the beach but perhaps another shower/hose outside the apartments to ensure people wash off their feet after being on the beach would help.

The receptionist at the office was very helpful.

On arrival we found the inside of the front door to apartment smashed in. The place was filthy and shabby.
