Located right at the marina so it was easy to access any restaurants/activities I wanted to do while in Cabo.

By far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my past few years of traveling. A few nights in I noticed lots of tiny bugs wandering around the sink and floor, thought nothing of it but that was a mistake on my part. A day later I found the bugs coming into the bed, crawling all over my laptop and belongings. I immediately went to the front desk and asked if their was any chance to get a new room as I did not feel comfortable sleeping with bugs crawling on me. The front desk individual walked over to what seemed to be his manager to explain the situation. She requested he go up to my room to see what the bugs might be and he grabbed a bug spray bottle and followed me. When we got to my room, I showed the bugs crawling on the kitchen counter and my bed. He sprayed the kitchen area and floors around the sink and fridge. This left an immensely strong odor of chemicals. The front desk man then said ‘let me go talk to my manager’. So I waited in my room for some sort of resolution. After about 20 minutes, I was getting worried as I hadn’t received any call or message and decided to go down to the manager and see what was taking so long. Once facing her, I asked what was being done and she proceeded to dismiss the situation and said I needed to talk to someone on booking.com to figure it out. I was left with a room full of headache inducing chemicals and bugs everywhere. Other issues included a clogged bathroom sink once I first entered the room, a smoke alarm that would ring because of a dead battery starting the 3rd to last day I was leaving, poor internet service that worked only 20-30% of the time, and a clogged shower. Several of these problems I had presumed would not be dealt with since their staff was so dismissive. Maybe it’s because I am a solo female traveler so they thought it would be easy to dismiss my concerns? Either ways, I’m thoroughly disappointed in my stay here. Would highly suggest booking at a different hotel.

Location was great.

The "Sofa Bed" was tiny and extremely uncomfortable and small. There were no extras linens or pillows for the sofas bed. After contacting the front desk, they could not provide extra. Shower had hairs in it and did not seem clean. Also only one set of room keys were offered. The sliding glass door lock was broken.

Superb location right on the Marina, short walk to Medano Beach. My studio (and the small sunny terrace) was facing the street in the back and was very quiet. The studio layout is very nice. The large bed was comfortable and the furniture was of excellent quality. Useful items such as shampoo, water bottles, etc.were provided. The kitchen is very nice and there is a safe in the closet. Building staff is very friendly and helpful, arranged for Covid test on the day before departure, and transportation to the airport.

the location at the marina was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The little kitchen was very useable. The free parking was a nice amenity.

It would have been nice to know what side of the building we would be on so we could determine the noise level due to the unit being right above the marina. We like to sleep with the windows open and the noise from the restaurants etc. below us made it too noisy to do that.

The beach chairs and umbrella where such a nice extra touch. And beach towels. We went to rh beach and swam every day.

loved the location and loved all the extras the host left in the room, beach umbrella, bathroom toiletries etc. Very thoughtful, did not like all the stairs :)

Location and value was convenient. Fridge and beach chairs awesome. Didn't like the FOB not working for the downstairs gate, couldn't remember what key to use, felt stuck.

Would like more amenities. A small gym. Updated bedding.

Internet could have been a little better in my room, my friends room it was perfect.
