The canal of TV kept cutting off

everything was clean, nice and we were very satisfied. Breakfast in next building in Bar-restaurant. (fresh croissant + cofee)

I stayed in residence Demetra for 2 nights. The accommodation is located 10 minutes by walk from the bus station also as to the city centre. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped (big fridge with freezer, washing machine, iron, cutlery, oven, cosy couch, TV) as it was our 7th accommodation on our trip around Sicily we consider it as one of the best accommodation with excellent standard. Air conditioning was provided in the bedroom also as in the kitchen. The typical Sicilian breakfast was provided nearby café. The communication was very prompt as we could not log in to wi-fi but the problem was resolved immediately and without any further issues. The grocery shop is next to the accommodation just 2 min by walk. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Undercover parking

The apartment was not as described. When you click on 2 bedroom apartment it says it has a washing machine. It doesn’t. There is an iron but no ironing board. The toiletries were a few sachets taken from another hotel. The second bedroom had two single beds (refer photo) one of them was a folding cot bed which was not suitable for an adult. There was no toaster or coffee machine and the city view is pushing it The sofa bed is another folding cot bed. The sofa is lucky to hold two people and certainly not comfortable (refer photo). There was also no wifi but this could have been because the person sent to us could not speak English and therefore could not communicate to us the details. There were no instructions on how to use the wifi. The owner could speak English and told me he would come to the apartment but never did. Even when we discovered we had no hot water. It was 10.00pm before the hot water was fixed. The towels provided are from another hotel (see photo). The shower head was broken as well Do not stay here!! If I was able to load more photos I would.
