The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We found a gem in Kyiv. Will return for sure.

Inside the hotel is very warm and comfortable.
The only small fault I found in the room was with the bed clothes. They are simply too thin and small for double occupancy.

it is a nice hotel with a distinct knight theme. the rules for when you can use the swimming pool look complicated on bookingcom, but actually you just need to work the timing out with the friendly staff.
the room was very warm and the radiator valve was broken so i could not turn the temperature down. the suggested solution for that problem seems to be to just keep a window open. Feels weird and wasteful, but i have seen that "fix" in many places in the city.

Location is great for walking about exploring Kyiv. Close to supermarket and take aways. The room was huge and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice too!
The bed was quite uncomfortable for me but its only personal preference. Onlyy 1 TV channel worked in English but didnt bother us.

swimming pool, sauna location, I have stayed here a couple of times now, its good value for the facilities, take your swimming stuff you can swim free in the indoor pool.

It was clean and very nice place to stay. Shops are near by and metro station. Great breakfast. 20 minutes drive from airport.

The staff was very very nice, the room was big, clean and we had a sauna in the room. This is pretty much more than expected.
Everything was cool. Maybe a little poor choice for the breakfast time. Would have be nice have more options. But beside the choice the quality was awesome.

Excellently equipped and designed hotel, outstandingly friendly and careful staff, very good location, wonderful swimming pool, own restaurant beside the hotel, generally an outstanding, individual hotel and very friendly staff
rooms don't have a writing table, but staff is very helpful to organise such, some rooms have a small window only, but that is not the main aspect when seeing this overwhelmingly thoroughly designed amazing hotel

Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast delivered to room was very good. Very clean, rooms were spacious, medieval decor was very entertaining. Restaurant food was very good.

The staff was very tentative and helpful. There is a big secure private parking with many parking slots. The suite is big and spacious. During COVID-19 the hotel arranged breakfasts in the rooms and the room service is good.
I'd say the rooms design is outdated and requires renovation.
