I like the place - the mill park with attractions and animals are great for children. And restaurant offers great food.

More than 10 years we are visiting that place, all super. Awaiting next visit.

All around is old.

House no.1 - no hot water in the shower, TV is not working, no sink in the kitchen, no cooker in the kitchen (only a kettle), no heating (luckily it wasn't raining and it wasn't cold). Fresh towels every day :) no toilet paper. All in all you can live, but it is more like on a campsite, not in a hotel.

And I almost forgot - the door in the toilet is constantly open, you can close it from the inside, but not from the outside - so you sit in the room, and have to look a the WC,

Very beautiful surroundings, lots of activities for children such as mini houses wooden town, slingers, monkey bridge, swimming opportunity in the river, farm animals, for an extra charge one can get jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. Rooms are very beautifully decorated at the suites. Wifi and airco were good. Restaurant food delicious.

I really do not appreciate the pressure (also emails) to pay upfront and not even a single day of a free cancellation after one makes a reservation. Even if you book weeks in advance! I think this keeps clients (like me) away to book again. A few bulbs at the room did not work. One of the kitchen cupboard doors was broken. Jacuzzi has the smell of chloor.
