de locatie van het appartement is prima, dichtbij het centrum en vrij dicht bij het bikepark waar wij vooral gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Er was geen opbergruimte voor de fietsen, maar gelukkig mochten we van de eigenaar gebruik maken van het appartement op de beganegrond, wanneer dit niet mogelijk is is het lastig de fietsen fatsoenlijk te stallen. appartement is wel ruim opgezet. iig voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen.

Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van het appartement met 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer, keuken, badkamer en balkon. -Inrichting is heel sober, kasten en meubilair is gammel en gaar. - badkamer stinkt vanwege ventilatie en voor 8 personen heel erg klein, het is tevens ook gelijk de wc. - WiFi is slecht - geen gordijnen de overburen kijken zo de slaapkamer binnen, voordeel je bent wel lekker vroeg wakker van de opkomende zon - tuinzicht klopt, maar is inclusief alle andere hoogbouw er om heen - TV is echt heel droevig en werkt niet - er is 1 lift aanwezig maar is vaker stuk dan heel - er wordt 17 euro pp gerekend voor bedlinnen en handdoeken, handdoeken zijn als schuurpapier bedlinnen is ok. Ik ben voor dit geld meer gewend in winterberg, ik zelf ga hier niet meer heen. Ik heb geprobeerd de punten te bespreken met de eigenaar maar hij schoot gelijk in de verdediging, dus was er snel klaar mee. Appartement of eigenaar dus niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het was een vrij ongezellige woning en dan is 1500 euro voor 2 nachten wel duur

Die Lage

Nie wieder, viel Geld bezahlt für Null Komfort, ein absoluter Reinfall. Hatten für eine Nacht q20 Euro bezahlt, der Vermieter wollte für Bettwäsche extra 30 Euro haben + Geld für Handtücher. [ Übrigens hatten wir nur ein Kopfkissen Bezug, siehe Fotos unten] Die Bude war unterirdisch, der Fernseher ging erst nicht, nach einer Beschwerde ging er dann, aber nur 2 Programme mit ständigen Störungen. Der sogenannte Fernseher war eher ein Tablett, der krumm und schief an der Wand in der Ecke hing. Der Toilettendeckel hing halb von der Toilette, der Putz im Bad kam von der Decke. Die Wände überall waren mehr dreckig,alles lieblos hingestellt, null gemütlich. Das Bett glich einer Hängematte, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken, haben jetzt Rückenschmerzen,danke dafür. Wir hatten nur unsere Sachen abgestellt, sind dann in die Stadt. Dort beschlossen wir, die Nacht nicht in dem "Appartement "zu verbringen, unsere Laune war auf dem Nullpunkt. Ich rief den Vermieter an, der mir ziemlich unfreundlich am Telefon sagte, kein Problem, ihr könnt abreisen, aber es gibt kein Geld. Nach dem Auflegen versuchte ich erneut anzurufen, er ging nicht mehr ans Telefon, ganz schwacher Charakter eines Vermieters. Also rief er Booking.com an, die nahmen Kontakt auf mit ihm.Die Dame von Booking.com teilte mir mit, dass er sich auf nichts einlies, in der Anzeige stand 10 Euro für Bettwäsche, er verlangt einfach 10 Euro mehr. Unverschämt!!! Nach einer fast schlaflosen Nacht sitzen wir jetzt völlig gerädert in einem Café. In anderen Hotels hier in Winterberg bekommen für das gleiche Geld bessere Zimmer inkl. Frühstück. Wenn man sich die anderen Bewertungen ansieht, weis man, dass es hier nicht gelogen ist. Ausserdem freue ich mich jetzt schon auf die Antwort vom Inhaber, dass hier alles frei erfunden ist, aber Gott sei Dank habe ich Fotos gemacht. NIE WIEDER!!!

This with a studio-flat, i.e. one room plus kitchen & bathroom. It looked like a second-hand furniture store. it did not match any of the pictures we saw on booking.com. It might be called 'Art house' but there was not one piece of art. The cleaning costs of EUR 70 makes the owner the bast paid cleaner in the world, as this takes no longer than 20 minutes to clean. We were very disappointed.

Location was good.

There were many false promises on the property description on Booking.com. 1) As soon as we checked-in, the property owner asked us if we need bed sheets for the bed or not. We said yes, after which the lady brought the bed sheets (3 sets) and asked for 30 Euros (10 Euros per Bed sheet set) extra on top of the already paid amount. No where on the Property description it was mentioned that Bed sheets would cost extra. This was a class case of hiding extra costs to lure tourists. When we informed the lady that we don't need bedsheet, she insisted that we have to take them otherwise the bedding will get dirty. We realized that the heating in the room is also not the strongest so we gave up and paid 30 Euros for 3 sets of bed sheets for 2 nights. 2) The internet was no where to find in the apartment. When we enquired about it from the owner. The owners said that there might be some problems in the internet on our floor (2nd floor), the internet was working on the owner's floor (1st floor) but it was not even available on 2nd floor. The owner did nothing for 2 days to get it fixed. No information provided, no support provided. 3) On the property description on Booking.com, it was clearly mentioned that SAUNA is included in the room (For the one we booked as well). When we enquired about it, the owner gave a lame excuse that SAUNA is included for BIGGER APARTMENTS only. This was again pure lie and opposite to what was advertised on BOOKING.COM site. Also the bathroom in the apartment was stinking and there were no arrangement for any kind of room freshener. Unfortunately for us, it was a holiday weekend so we could not buy any room freshener anywhere.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski field. Reasonably priced based on where it is. Floor heating. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

There is nowhere to hang jackets (no hooks), nowhere to dry clothes (e.g. radiators), unfriendly landlord, very bad internet, no bedside lights, misleading photos, very spartanly furnished, completely undecorated apart from a mirror.

Honestly, only the location. Everything else was pretty much bad.

Apt was cold. 2 of the heating elements didn't work. No wi-fi for the entire stay. They claimed it had just broke, but we spoke to a family that was there for 3 days before us and they said it had been down since they got there. Elevator was in-operative 2 of the 3 days we were there. Toilet seat was broken. Front door primary lock didn't work. Only way to lock the door was to use the dead-bolt lock. No hair dryer. I'm not even mentioning the nit-pickey stuff.

Amazing location. Nice and tidy! Not posh or anything but absolutely worth it! The guy was super nice and helpful. Great place
