La atención del personal es fantástica. La oferta gastronómica y los cócteles son muy buenos. La habitación es grande y cómoda. Disponer de la cocina es muy buena opción así como de las 2 terrazas.

Amazing place, very chilled and secluded yet close to the beach and few very pretty villages . spacious, modern and clean rooms and super helpful stuff. absolutely delicious restaurant on the side . Would absolutely recommend!

Very nice place, surrounded by beautiful garden. Stunning sunsets from a terrace. Good location in a center of Cabo de Gata NP. Tasty breakfasts and very nice personel.
Bathroom needs a little renovation.

Location is amazing, in the midst of Cabo de Gata but close to the small village of Rodalquilar. Easy to drive to the nearby beaches and towns. Staff were all excellent and the breakfast was very good.
Be aware that room #8 has an entrance next to the restaurant which might be disruptive during high season when it is open to guests other than hotel residents (the restaurant is closed in low season, except for breakfast service).

Friendly personel, great location and views. Easy parking.
The shower was cold. They repaired it quickly but then again next day cold and then we had to wait to waut more. Out of 3 days we only showered 1 day warm. The toilet broke, someone was comong but we had to wait the whole morning. No so nice if uou feel sick. They could have offerdd other room cause it was quite empty.
Although very friendly and always smiling which is most important.the reception woman did not really spoke nor understood very well english which lead to misunderstandings
Hussle with the bathroom every day. Or cold shower shower warm water or wc not working. It was easier to offer to just offer other room as the hotel was quite empty in low season.

A modern hotel with lovely grounds in a picturesque valley. The room was spacious with 2 private terraces as well as the hotel gardens and facilities. Pleasant restaurant area for breakfast. A good place to see the Cabo de Gata area and a break from the crowds.
It was a quiet time of the year and the management was obviously keen to be there when we arrived but, with over 10 emails plus text messages and a phone call to confirm our arrival, this was a bit over the top. A lovely room but the bathroom was rather small compared to the rest of the accommodation. Breakfast was obviously affected by COVID factors - there was a choice and what we got was fine but it was limited.

Cheap furniture, suite would benefit from side tables. Sofa bed was more bed than sofa so it felt more like a triple room than a suite. Fridge was noisy.

The kitchen was well hidden but provided all you would need.
When we arrived as soon as we said we were from Madrid Ana changed to be a bit rude. Not a great start when you have paid €150 per night for 7 nights! Bed was very hard, table was falling apart, we couldn't sit in the terrace outside as the light kept being activated by restaurant staff walking past which meant the guests at the restaurant were staring at us. They provide the cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen.
