Location is perfect for shopping, dining, and close to reliable transportation: taxis, train just 5 min walk. Staff are friendly and helpful: receptionist is very welcoming. Hot water available anytime.
Air conditioning and towels need an update, separate smoking and non smoking floors as it’s a healthy issue for me and could be for some ppl.

comfortable room and good position. very kind employees. they organized for us the trip to Volantis.
it is not acceptable to have only the possibility to choose between tea and milk for breakfast and strictly one glass of orange juice. I was really thirsty and disappointed by this attitude.

Close to town centre. The staff are polite. The place, including the room, is clean and tidy.
No one single glass or cup, no kettle in the room. No safe box to keep jewelery or valuable items. The towels are too old.The breakfast time is too early,7:30. The room view is horrible, and the window looks at an old dommelished building.

The hotel is located at the center area of the new city. It is very close to the abdel qadir train station. The room is clean.
The staff at the reception was not that warm as I met in different Moroccan hotels, and the facilities are sort of old.

it was close to everywhere I needed, walking distance. petrol station has hungry jacks across road and easy access to taxis.
there were hairs in the bed that weren’t mine, bit concerning but I didn’t stay in the hotel much as I was with my friends. Apart from the bed, the wifi is strong the space and the room is neat and super clean.

The Proximity to downtown Meknès, to the center of the City
The Room is comfy with the minimum needed
The Staff is a misunderstanding
The only way to pay is Cash, which is no suitable for all,
I've Booked a Suite Room and they gave me a Standard room (the difference in the price is double).
I've mentioned in the reservation that it would be the first night together for a couple newly married, and nothing and no effort was done for this way, they just didn't care
