Écran plat dans le salon avec cheminée à bois, connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et câble. Sièges de table à manger 6 et sièges de bar de cuisine 4. Sortez la porte du pont de la rivière. Complexe a de vastes terrains. Ponts privés face au sud avec vue sur la rivière et le mont. Royal. La chambre principale a un lit queen-size, une salle de bain privée avec une baignoire profonde, un écran plat et une terrasse. La première chambre a un lit queen et une terrasse privée; La deuxième chambre a un lit queen / twin et un lit gigogne double. Reine convertible canapé dans le salon avec demi-bain hors cuisine. Laveuse et sécheuse en unité. Deux entrées, une à chaque étage. Garage une voiture attaché. Complexe grill et table de pique-nique sur la rivière. We loved this unit. It worked great for two couples and two kids. Everything was well appointed, clean and easy to find. Walk to charming Frisco. Hoping to come back!

Overall the stay was a good value.Pros: In a good location with good amenities. We liked the clubhouse and hot tub! Backs up to a river which was beautiful. Good space for hanging out with group, playing games and cooking. A walk from Frisco shops and restaurants. Cons: When we arrived the door was not completely closed and unlocked. I didn’t even turn the knob to enter. Was given 2 different codes for the firewood shed and neither worked. There was not even 1 towel for each person staying, much less any extra for utilizing hot tub. The beds are quite hard and uncomfortable. And there were few pillows and they were all quite uncomfortable too. This didn’t allow for a good night sleep after skiing all day.

We have stayed at a Cross Creek Condo for the past 4 years. The property is in a lovely location, just a short walk to town, near bike trails and hiking trails. The highlight for us has always been the closeness to 10 Mile Creek with a lovely lawn area and deck overlooking the Creek. Unit 206 has all those views, but is badly in need of updating and some tender- loving care. The unit wasn’t as clean as we are used to. We tried to use the vacuum and it was impossible to push. There were many spots on the carpet and no cleaning supplies in the closet or cupboard. We were given 4 dishwasher pods for our stay of 3 weeks. The kitchen sink had black marks throughout, so we thought the porcelain had worn away to the cast iron. We bought soap, and cleanser and discovered the dark marks disappeared. There is a washer and dryer, but you must go out and purchase soap. The queen master bed was extremely hard and every movement was felt when the other person turned over. Windows were extremely hard to open and close. Be careful in the bunk bedroom not to open the window too far as the hinge dislocates and the screen must be removed to close the window. The screen is bent and broken, so almost impossible to get back in. The other bedrooms have decks, so you can push the window closed from outside. Blinds work well in kitchen/living room. Upstairs, rods are missing and blinds don’t work well. We could never figure out the TV. Instructions were poor and way too many remotes. It acted like a streaming only TV as we could never get cable network channels.
With all this being said, Summit Realty is easy to work with and they can’t control the fact that the owner doesn’t take care of the condo. We do think it is up to Summit Realty to improve the housekeeping. The location is just so special, but without improvements, we wouldn’t rent this condo again.

We were impressed with the management company who communicated with us frequently. Overall a great experience. The only downsides were the loud noises from upstairs and lack of good mountain view.

The condo is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is a cook's dream. The pool, rec. area is right across the parking lot. So convenient and fun to play there with the grandkids after a day of skiing. I highly recommend this condo.

Very Good Visit
We recently spent a week in the condo and had a very good experience overall. It's conveniently located close to downtown Frisco, which has several boutique shops and restaurants. It is also ideal for those interested in skiing at various mountains during their visit. We skied Arapahoe Basin (20 min drive), Breckenridge (15 min drive), and Vail (30 min drive), which were all very easy to access from this location. The property was nice. It felt clean and cozy. The kitchen and master bath appeared to be recently renovated with nice touches. There are shared hot tubs, heated pool (in and out), and game room. We enjoyed spending several evenings using these amenities. Our only complaint was that we could hear the people in neighboring condos. Actually, our neighbors were quite loud during our stay. Keep this in mind if you go to be at a relatively early hour. The check-in/out process was easy. We picked up a packet from the Dillon office prior to going to the condo and dropped off the keys at the same office upon departure. However, it would be ideal if this process could be more streamlined where the renter could simply get the keys from a lock box.

Great location, nice set up for a large group, comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need. Only small issue is that the downstairs heat sometimes can’t keep the space warm without a fire in the fireplace.

Lovely property, great location; good design for family vacation.
Our only issue was that the furnace wasn’t working properly. We almost froze to death downstairs and cooked upstairs. We notified The management company twice.

Great location, great finishes, perfect for our big family
We stayed in this location over Spring Break. The location is great- close shuttle to the ski slopes and walkable to main street. We are a family of five and my parents traveled with us as well. The space worked great giving everyone plenty of space to sleep and relax in the evenings. The finishes and furnishings are top notch and all the needed kitchen essentials were there allowing us to eat in much of the time. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

Perfect location for skiing.
Our family of six adults spent the week there and explored 6 ski locations in February. The unit was extremely clean and the kitchen equipment was great. We did miss having a crockpot, however, to allow dinner to "cook itself," while we were out exploring the town of Frisco. There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen, so broiling meat sent the smoke alarms into action. Whoops! (Planned to grill outside, but 14" of fresh powder on the grill deterred us.)
The location was ideal and THE most convenient condo to the hot tubs and entertainment center; directly across the road. Having a garage was a huge plus and one of our primary criteria. However, we were disappointed to find that the 7 passenger vehicle we rented did not fit in it. Still, we were able to park it in front of the garage, unload the skis each day, clean them off and store them safely in the garage. Huge plus!
Summit Resort Group was great; they called twice to ensure we were satisfied. (Please check the dining room chairs in the unit; one has a loose leg.)

Fantastic - would love to stay here again!
This is a beautiful property. It was meticulously clean and very well stocked - kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. The remodeled kitchen is gorgeous, and the views of the creek from both floors are amazing. Tons of space with very comfortable bedrooms. Its a quick drive or short walk to the main street, where we enjoyed a great dinner. We spent one day skiing up in Vail and it was a quick trip on the highway - close to several ski areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Great friends found an awesome condo to spend a wonderful weekend in Frisco and Breckenridge. It's freshly remodeled with a lovely fireplace, well stocked, on the river, within walking distance to the bus stop, easy to find off I-70, and has a single car garage, with enough room for another car to park behind. Hot tub and heated pool, plus pool table, are a part of the shared common area in the nearby clubhouse. We all loved it, and would consider renting it again, winter or summer. It's managed by Summit Resort Group, which was easy and efficient to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.
