I like facility called as WELLNESS - it is a pool, sauna and other stuff
When temperature is hot outside there is extremely hot temperature inside the room even at the evening time.

Everything was super clean, the rooms were quite spacious and each one had a balcony. Also the wellness center is a great asset, it's a pity it's only open 3 days a week. Luckily for us we arrived on one of those days and were able to enjoy the swimming pool for a bit which felt great after a few hours driving.
The thing that they don't speak English makes it hard for the communication. Fortunately we speak polish and somehow we managed to understand a bit.

Hotel was closed and under construction. Nobody answered my calls. Booking.com is not helping me and is not willing to refund the money I paid.

The flat had two separated rooms. The place was very calm.
The communication with the staff was close to impossible. We arrived there around 19:30h and everything was closed even if everywhere was written that the restaurant, etc. are open until 22-23h. We found the reception thanks to the other guests and our key was left there. Luckily there are supermarkets in a town near by (like 7 km away). The towels were dirty. The photos from the room did not correspondent to the reality. There was no champagne in the room.

The lodge was nice
Reception was closed on arrival and nobody answered the telephone. Found the key by accident going into the "spa".
Towels were very poor. We stayed a week and had to ask for new towels. No one cleaned the lodge. Parts of the lodge were in poor repair - terrace fence unstable. No breakfasts first 3 days and when it was available it was limited. Wifi in the lodge did not work. Not all lights worked. No kettle to make a warm drink.

Next level attitude from them.... Do not recommend this place to anyone. It was planned for my first stop in the Chech Republic and they pretty much ruin it at first. At first, we choose it because they write that can use a pool, bar, restaurant and etc... When start asking for more information, then, in the end, they told us that pool and spa can`t use and it is closed. Then when I arrive there, then they mention that bar and restaurant I also closed... When I asked at first about that, then they just ignore that question (asked two times). And when I told them that this is not okay and maybe we can refund? Then they agreed, but they can confirm my application only on next morning. And of course... I didn`t got any refund and now they just ignore all my letters. it wasn't a big loss, but what a haughty attitude from they site....
