Great location and easy parking. Picturesque surroundings. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Towels, kitchen roll, sponges, washing up liquid and dishwasher items included, which was very helpful.

The noise from the upstairs accommodation was incredibly annoying. Not relaxing to hear them stomping about so much. Not sure how much to do with the floorboards or building in general, but it did spoil our stay somewhat. The bathroom was in our opinion, dangerous and not fit for purpose. It needs totally replacing. The shower was particularly grotty. But the floor tiles were incredibly cracked and loose all over, along with two steps that clearly have been an issue previously, and they had warning tape on them.

The apartment was really spacious and nicely presented. The surroundings were beautiful and the location was great for getting to Dover, Canterbury etc.

The games room was rather tatty with lots of broken equipment such as ripped pool table with some of the balls missing and broken cues. We were in a ground floor apartment and the noise from the movement of the people in the apartment above was incredibly distracting and frustrating. It sounded like they were completing an aerobics dvd.

Excellent countryside location, layout of the property and good amount of space, super comfy sofa and good amenities within the property. Games room was a bonus. Lovely arrival treats of wine, crisps and chocolate!

Felt property on the whole felt a little ‘tired’/worn.
