Breakfast, huge gym, fantastic pool(s) with salty water, helpful staff.

Booked the room with view , which was non-existing, facing other rooms, Hotel location is far from the beach, in the middle of an ugly part of this little town. Parking is extremally crowded, undersized for the volume of guests. Room service is often owerwhelmed and cant deliver food within reasonable time limit.

Poor wifi, late cleaning, one time no room cleaning

It's a huge hotel with lots of facilities. You don't need to go anywhere else. The breakfast is fantastic and offers salads, quiches, roulades, cakes, pancakes and even lasagne, chicken skewers and meat stew. I had dinner in the a la carte restaurant which was very good. Communal areas are kept clean including outside. I watched staff cleaning flower pots while having breakfast. Parking is right outside and costs £10 each day.

My room wasn't cleaned well. The bed was unmade, my teacup wasn't washed and tea bags weren't replaced. It's meant to be 5 star so these things should be done properly. Reception tried to overcharge me (double!), despite having my bill in front of them. I refused to pay the amount they put in to the credit card machine and had to ask to see the check out invoice which turned out to be half what they were asking me to pay. The door to the ensuite looked very good, but was extremely heavy to open. I propped it open with my suitcase as it was a nuisance.

That at the reception nobody checked the COVID passport. Extra parking payment. Not many parking spots.

The room was quite large and very comfortable for a couple and a nine year old child.

I was expecting a balcony. I was told on arrival that the room did not have a balcony. Furthermore, the windows opened up to a roof area above the swimming pool which afforded no view at all.

Could be more easy check in process, it took more time than I think it should and the trainee that was making that mixed up making my reservation on other person name, (regarding number of nights)

In particular the staff. Everyone speaks to you on every meeting. The breakfasts are exceptional. The Al a Cart restaurant is very good indeed. The service was excellent.

I do not think that there was anything we did not like.
