Amazing location.

We like insects - there are quite a few. The rooms are hot - no air conditioning.

Best Hosts ever! Felt like great friends to us. There was a problem with a double-booking, but the hosts made everything to make us feel great. We will come back soon and will book all 3 houses with freinds. Location is fantastic.

This place si really amazing, something different to the ordinary tourist hotels. The hosts are super nice, the location is in the middle of the forest and it is a perfect place to relax and chill out. The houses were built following the ancient local style. The pool is fantastic, the have a high level of cleanness. The best things are the homemade wine and the restaurant food. I totally recommended this place to be hosted in Brac.

Nothing, honeslty it's a wonderful place.

Country House Hacienda is set in exquisite surroundings - your are on the island, but in the hills, where it is cooler during hot summer days and nights. Restaurant and bungalows are of old make, in stone, and the whole place resembles on part of the old village. In the restaurant, you can try local dishes: lamb grown on the fields just by the property, octopus caught in the sea nearby and fresh veggies from the garden. Easy access by car, moped, bike to local villages, Selca, Sumartin...and some extraordinary bays and coves for swimming and fishing near by. Young, motivated and very helpful hosts will help you with any inquiries you might have and also you can buy their local produce at the facility: olive oil, wine...Highly recommended location and all!

This place is really rural and off the beaten track. You would need a car, but I think if you are going to Brac and planning to explore you would need a car. The site it beautiful, the main house and bungalows surrounding have an air of being a mini village. The natural slate roof in the bungalow was lovely and the bathroom was clean. The host was extremely welcoming, brought us home made wine which was lovely and offered to make us food when we learnt the restaurant was closed for the season.

It's worth checking as mentioned above the restaurant was closed. While the slate roof was beautiful, and the site is rural, there were quite a number of bugs/spiders in our room which may not bother some, but did us! Not a negative, just a part of staying in such a lovely place!

The restaurant is really good. I had the best grilled lamb ever. All the vegetables and the meat are bio, their own products. The place itself is beautiful.

The room was very dark, with a little window. Toilet smells badly. No breakfast at all. You need a car or motorcycle because close there is nothing

Firstly, the place. The restaurant/bungalow complex is all made in stone (including roofs!), it's really beautiful here with the trees and little lanterns everywhere. Secondly, the staff. The hosts are really hospitable, they greeted us with free glass of wine each and explained everything there is to know, it was really a pleasure to be staying under their roof. Thirdly, the food and wine. They make great house wine and ,more importantly, one of the greatest olive oil, we have ever tasted. We have also tried grilled fish and veggies and it was great (we don't eat other meat but I am sure it is great too). The rooms are pretty basic but they have fridge and toilet in them, and we spent most the time outside anyway. They are made out of stone so it's actually really nice cold inside even during the hot summers.
