Our stay was amazing! The staff is very welcoming and did everything for our comfort before we arrived and during our stay. The apartment was very clean and offered a beautiful view of the ocean. The jacuzzi and inside pool offered us a great moment, everything was clean and tidy. You can reach the center in 10min by walk and find amazing places to eat.

The person who checked us in was nice, room was big and comfy.

Check in took forever - there was one person at the reception (lovely nevertheless, who despite not speaking that much English, was helpful) who had to do all the formalities for everyone. Our checkin was quick because we filled out the information online beforehand, but still took a long time to be processed. The staff in the restaurant was confused with respect to breakfast time & availability, as they basically were unable to tell us what time it would be served. We eventually walked past the other property in the group where we met some more knowledgeable employees and had breakfast there - however, the food was bland and cold (even the eggs), and the orange juice was a little past due.
