The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was amazing.

Parking was somewhat limited.

Room was cold and it was ground level below restaurant and too noisy untill midnight, small tv uncomfortable beds

Het hotel is schoon en netjes en wanneer je op de fiets bent is het centrum prima bereikbaar

Warme kamer, geen koffie of thee op de kamer.

The location was super nice, with a wood/green area just in front of the hotel, which worked great for us as we travel with two dogs and we need to take them for walks. The hotel was perfectly clean, the room was spotless. The staff is very kind and helpful. We dined at the restaurant of the hotel and the food was really good, we loved everything and we were actually too full after the dinner 😅 the waiters were also kind and really professional.

Hotel looks nice. Park and city nearby. Comfy beds.

Nobody there to welcome us - I think we were the only ones staying in the hotel. The gardenview window looked out on a gravel covered area and the construction on the football stadium next to the hotel started shortly after 7 in the morning. Obviously, this is not something the hotel can do much about but it wasnt what we expected to experience when we booked a room with a 'waldhotel'.

Staff could be more attentive. One feels more like a burden than a customer. Limited parking when full - no charging station for EVs.

The restaurant look really nice and the food was tasty.

The heating in the room did not work, so I had to sleep all dressed and covered. :( Also there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Very unprofessional. It takes so little to make a good impression and make guests welcome, but it seems this little things are too much sometimes to fulfil. :(
