Rita es una anfitriona excelente. No cuida a sus huéspedes. ¡Les mima! El lugar es precioso y muy tranquilo y los desayunos son opiparos con productos elaborados por la misma Rita.. Además, hay parking privado y puedes llegar al pueblo andando con facilidad.

Beautiful stone house, surrounded by beautiful old pinetrees and yet just 2 minutes from the center. Amazing rich breakfast prepared and served on a terrace with incredible views of the Umbra Forest. Owner Rita went out of her way to make us feel at home.

The best asset of this BnB is the host, Rita, who is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Even though we had a language barrier, we still had no issue to communicate. The second thing to mention is the fantastic breakfast with fresh local fruits, home made products and plenty of everything. The BnB is a bit outside of Peschici but it's easy to walk into the city and it's great that they have a free parking lot.

Our host was the most lovely person we have met during our trip - what a welcome! Although only Italian-speaking, there was no problem with communication. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great - some 5 minutes of stroll from a VERY busy old town. Given that there were parking spots dedicated for guests, I could not imagine a better option for people arriving to Peschichi by car. Breakfasts were both sweet and savory, set up on a lovely terrace - much more than anyone could possibly eat too. We were also given some brochures and guides around the area, which we used for our hike in Foresta Umbra - much recommended for people that are not that much into the typical activities of tourist resorts.

I don't think WiFi worked, but I did not spend a lot of time researching it - wasn't needed. Other than that, really no reason to complain :)

What makes this place special is the owner who treats you kinder than any other host will do. Her breakfast is over the top.

The design is, as in so many b&b's in Italy, quite poor. There is no view from the room, even if the structure is on a hill side.
