Well, it's of course very basic but considering the price adequate

The staff was friendly and there was parking available in front of our room.

There were no mosquito nets installed on windows which is a problem because the building is located in a swampy area. The wifi was not working perfectly and there were a lot of noisy guests in other rooms (workers that arrived in the evening and then gathered outside their rooms).

For the price it was an amazing place. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Exceeded my expectations I must say and would really recommend it. Very close to the entertainment places also

The property is located in a village. It is very quiet, with a great garden, place for BBQ and fire. The owner is very great and handling the Visitors as guests and not costumers. He was very warm and tried to his best to help us, giving tips and advices on the area. On the site, you can ask for fishing tour with the owner boat and horse riding, both with additional cost. Rooms are big, clean and with small kitchenette, with almost all essential caterings. The private bathroom are available in the room, which are clean and mainly new. We traveled with friend having multiple Rooms, all friend were happy and satisfied. The owner speaks German and Polish, but the accept Euro, and credit cards.

In the warm season, there are a lot mosquitoes in the garden, which may bothering you outdoor in the evening. Therefore, take some mosquito repellants with you. However, I have to admit that the owner was very nice and helpful, and by implementing a special technique, he was trying to repel the mosquitoes from the garden. You should experience it yourself, it was very easy but absolutely effective  One of the rooms had a pore in the mosquito net and my friend was bothered one night in the room with few mosquitoes inside :)

On my booking at booking.com it showed 1566 zloty which is 350€ but they forced us to pay 391€ don’t know why. I want to make a complaint why did I had to pay €391 when it shows €350. He cheated us and made us pay €391. I showed him my booking confirmation on my booking.com app where it showed €350. In fact I would like to know why I had to pay more than the amount shown on my booking. And how can I get the extra money that I paid.
