This hotel was clean and the location was excellent for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed anything The food was lovely and there was loads of it!! Really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again if we came back to this part of Ireland The breakfast was brilliant

There is not much to dislike about this hotel A minor issue would be that the bin in the room didn’t appear to emptied regularly but that really is a minor issue

Looks a little old fashioned from the outside parking great Staff were so helpful Breakfast very good as no time limit also which suited us as my grandson had to work out first thing and then eat so brill

I think the bar area could do with spruce up but staff made up for it looking tired

Light squares of tissue instead of toilet paper. What is this? Totally overpriced, I stayed near Frankfurt the night before for 70 I got a beautiful apartment.

Location was good so was the hotel itself. Nothing fancy but very clean and tasty breakfast.

The receptionist greeting us on check in was amazing, kitchen was closing within 5mins of our arrival late last night and she rushed to the chef to order us a meal after a very long shift, even before she checked us in. It was very much appreciated. We had breakfast included in the deal but this morning we checked out early around 7am for work but the work was pushed back to 12.30pm so we had to sit around and wait and we rang the hotel around 9ish asking could we go back to the room but unfortunately it was being cleaned so the receptionist this morning offered us to come back and sit in the hotel and even mentioned we had breakfast included so they would make us breakfast and we did and it was amazing. 10/10 place, wasn't expecting much for a small place (no offence) but it was greatly appreciated the efforts the staff went to. Will definitely be back when in Naas.

food wasn’t good, old and outdated, room was very small for the price, single beds, you can hear people in rooms next to you, it’s not card access to room it’s an actual key, stairs need cleaned, breakfast isn’t to 8am

Breakfast and the staff dealing with us were great.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we didn't sleep. The shower was a pain as we were unable to settle the water temperature to a comfortable level. It was either very hot or very cold.

The rooms were really outdated, the TV had such a bad reception it was unusable and the ensuite bathroom was so crammed that with the toilet between the wall and shower cubicle, I had to turn at an angle to allow my shoulders to fit while using it.
