easy walking distance to shops and stores in town, hot tub is clean and functioning.

bedrooms are adjoining. second bathroom’s shower is not practical at all, no dedicated parking spot. we were charged for locking ourselves out of the house when we made a mistake and brought the wrong set of house keys with us. kitchen is very small. do not expect to cook in it. the table only fits two people. only a few plates and even less utensils. no stove just a heating plate.

The villa was so cute and clean! It was in a perfect location, right off Fira Square. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with anything we needed!

The second shower was pretty unusable as it would soak soak the entire second bathroom.

Great location in Fira. Easy walk to the downtown area. The apartment was a traditional Sanoerini building. WHiel that was a neat experience, I did not love the amount of space. (It was a little tight for a family of five). Hot tub was nice, but it seemed a little flaky.

Villa in the center of Fira, location was perfect! Two rooms with double bed super confortable and quiet, two toilets, a kitchen with everything you need. at our arrival, we received bottle of water and wine (water is not drinkable in Santorini). there was a jacuzzi in the patio which was awesome after walking around all day. Maroulia was super friendly and always prompt to answer any questions we had. would definitely go back.

wifi was down but staff did everything they could to fix it. technician came on a Saturday so it worked after 4 days but the tv was unfortunately not set up yet so we couldn’t enjoy watching it… which is really not a big deal because we were either outside wandering around or in the jacuzzi or sleeping.

Maroulia was a very gracious host! She made sure we had everything we needed and always responded quickly. She checked up on us now and then and made sure we were always happy with the place. The property was very clean. We enjoyed the cute front courtyard and hot tub. The location is great!

The bed mattresses are not very comfortable if you are used to a softer, newer mattress, but with that being said, we would still stay here again because everything else was great.

Apartment was beautiful and well equipped. Our host Amalia was so friendly and gave us great tips on where to go and what to do. It was a little oasis in the centre of town, brilliant location. We enjoyed every minute.

Nothing we didn't like.

The location of the house was perfect. It was a typical cycladic house with very nice interior design. There were two bathrooms which made our life much easier. The house was well equipped and had all the utensils we needed. There was also complementary coffee and wine bottle for our welcome. Not to mention the Hot Tub was amazing for relaxing at night after walking all over the island. The host Amalia was very warm and helped us a lot throughout our stay. She gave us a brief overview of the island, helped us getting appointments for Corona test, and also arranged drop off to the ferry at a nominal cost of €30 for 4 people. Since the location was the house was directly near the bus station, we could just walk from the bus station Fira to her house in less than 4 minutes. There is a grocery store just nearby. There is also an hospital to do the corona test at walkable distance. Oia is 20 min by Quad bike and Perissa black sand beach around 20 min as well. You can walk from here to Firostefani and Imerovigli. You can have your breakfast at a nearby cafe since breakfast is not included in the price.

The day we arrived, the air condition was not working due to some issue. Nevertheless Amalia arranged some ventilators for us so that we would not face any discomfort. Unfortunately since the spare parts did not arrive on time we were without air condition for our complete stay. But during our stay Amalia bought new air conditioning already.

The position is perfect right at the center of Fira , Amalia the host will give you all the support you need to have an unforgettable holiday. The house was really clean with everything you need inside. Last but not least the jacuzzi is a great place to have fine with friend. Don't miss Iokasti Villa

The location of the property is fantastic. You are one minutes walk from the bus station so you can visit other places on the island. The host and cleaner are really friendly, Amalia couldn’t do enough for us. The house is beautiful and there was enough room for three of us. The property was cleaned daily and totally covid safe. Hot tub was fantastic - in fact the facilities throughout the property are great. The terrace is lovely for eating outside. We are already looking at coming back, thank you so much for a fantastic stay, can’t recommend it enough :)
