Welcome to our small cozy beach house. A nice place for a small family.
Bienvenue dans notre maison de plage confortable; une magnifique maison de vacances pour une petite famille. Dormir comprend: 2 lits queen, un lit de repos jumeau avec tiroir gigogne. Nous accueillons les jeunes invités avec quelques DVD, des jeux de société, des livres et des puzzles adaptés aux familles.
À travers le couloir entre les chambres, vous trouverez une cuisine ouverte / salle à manger / espace familial. Le grand canapé, la table à manger, le comptoir / le bar et les tabourets constitueront un endroit agréable pour créer des liens familiaux / amusants.
Notre nouvelle cuisine est équipée de: réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four grille-pain et cafetière. Tous les pots, casseroles, vaisselle et ustensiles nécessaires sont également fournis. Apportez juste votre épicerie et votre appétit!
House a également une nouvelle terrasse avec beaucoup de chaises, des meubles de jardin et des chaises longues pour bronzer. L'espace ouvert au rez-de-chaussée comprend 2 hamacs où vous pourrez profiter de la brise fraîche pendant les heures ensoleillées de l'après-midi.
Il y a une abondance d'activités que votre famille peut apprécier pendant ses vacances ici. Vous pouvez faire de belles promenades le long d'une plage propre et tranquille, regarder les enfants jouer au soleil, puis enfin profiter de votre dîner en regardant un magnifique coucher de soleil depuis la magnifique terrasse.
La maison est à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Vous pouvez faire des plans pour échouer, pêcher, crabing ou tout ce que vos coeurs désirent, puis rentrez à la maison et détendez-vous dans notre confortable maison de plage.
Pour ceux qui veulent faire plus que simplement faire la plage, la maison est à une courte distance en voiture de la salle de cinéma, du golf miniature, du Moody Garden, du Schlitterbahn et de la pêche à la jetée. Il ya aussi de nombreux restaurants locaux populaires à l’est de l’île qui servent des variétés de délicieuses Tex-mex, fruits de mer, asiatiques, fast-food, des cuisines de camion de nourriture ... et plus encore. Plus à l'est, vous pouvez faire un tour en ferry avec les enfants. Pour éviter le temps d'attente, les clients peuvent se garer dans le stationnement gratuit et marcher pour le ferry. Les enfants peuvent aimer nourrir les oiseaux avec des morceaux de pain et chercher des dauphins locaux en pleine eau.

This cozy beach house is within walking distance to the beach. It was very clean. It was perfect for my husband and I but would also be great for a family.

We loved the location and the beach was very family oriented . Beautiful Sunrise at the beach, the house was perfect and very clean and met our exspectations of what they advertised, we loved sitting on the deck and visiting in the mornings and evenings.

Weekend get away
Had a last minute weekend get away and loved the location and ease to the beach which was a short walk. Our son loved the sand toys as well as breakfast on the deck. Was the perfect get always destination for us.

So perfect
The house was perfect for my family! It was exceptionally clean and organized. I loved the labeled cabinets and light switches, having a washer and dryer was priceless as well. The towels were fluffy, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The beach toys were perfect, being able to rinse off downstairs to keep the home clean was a huge help. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes and it is uncrowded and lovely.

Extra Nice and clean, quick walk to the beach--
We loved our stay here. It's a nice little place that's well arranged for a beach trip. The two bedrooms have queen size beds cozied up to a wall, on three sides, a fan, hooks for clothing and a pocket door. The front room has a trundle bed, a vinyl fold down futon, and a small TV. There's lots of outdoor decking and space below the house including an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The place may be on the smaller side, but it's well designed and lives bigger for sure. Also-- when we walked in, everything was exceptionally clean and cozy, better than most hotels. Plenty of towels and condiments and shampoo in case you forgot your own. Lots of hot water for showering--we never ran out. Also, having the little washer/dryer was really nice and we used that more than I thought we would
After the first day, we developed a routine of getting up for a short walk on the beach, setting up our beach area (we brought a tent and a large sand-free mat with us) packed everything in the wagon stored under the house, and then we swapped out swimming or lounging around, heading back to the house when we got hungry. The house is on the second block from the beach entrance and we never felt like it was too far or inconvenient to go back and forth. We saw lots of other families doing the same. Everyone in our group generally conked out early, but the one night we watched TV in the main room, there was plenty of choice from both Netflix and other channels. Overall, it was just a really nice, comfortable, peaceful stay. Just what we all needed after this last year. Thank you! We'll definitely stay here again.

Sister Trip
We had a wonderful stay! The beach is about a block and a half Away which was a super short and easy walk for two “elderly” sisters. The beach is great with no cars driving on it in this area. The house was perfect with everything you could need. Comfy beds that would sleep 6 adults and then an additional double futon and sleeper sofa which would sleep 4 more. Everything was super clean and well appointed. There was even a blender and crockpot! Great internet and Roku tv. The perfect place for relaxing at the beach!

My family (2 adults & 1 toddler) had a great time at this property! It was cozy, convenient, and very child-friendly. It was so nice to be able to walk to and from the beach in a few minutes. My toddler also loved playing on the deck! (We as parents loved that the deck had latched door). The beach was quiet and uncrowded - exactly what we were hoping for.

Family vacation
Second year in a row staying here and we love it! Great setup for families, with two tv areas. Short walk to the beach and always has lots of sand toys, puzzles and movies for us to to borrow while we are there! Can’t wait to be back next year.

Excellent stay!
As noted in the listing, this is a great house for a family (especially with young kids). The upper patio has gates that close (so little ones cannot access the stairs), there is a small table and chair set for kids to eat at and they have lots of beach toys. The house is a fairly short walk to the beach.
The owners are great hosts and extremely responsive if you have any questions. One of the days was a bit stormy (due to the hurricane that was moving through the Gulf several hours south of Galveston) and the owners sent a message to check in on us.
This was our second stay - we will definitely stay here again.

Very cozy and everything was easy to use! We stayed happy and taken care of the whole time. Extremely clean and welcoming. Beach access was the best. Only thing that wasn't great was leaving.

This was the coziest little beach house! Very accommodating to all of or needs! My little family of four thoroughly enjoyed our time here! It is VERY clean and just a short walk to the beach. We look forward to renting this house again in the future!

This is a great house, especially if you are a family with young children. The house has everything you need for a beach trip and a great outdoor space (both upstairs and downstairs). As parents with young children, we were especially appreciative of the gates that blocked off the two sets of stairs on the deck. The owners responded rapidly to all questions I sent them via the app. Would definitely stay again!

Such a fun family trip!
Our first trip to Galveston was a blast. Renting this rental was a breeze with such great communication with the renters. The rental is especially wonderful for families, with two separate tv rooms and plenty of sleep space. Games to play inside and hammocks to hang out outside. Great patio space for a little break from the beach and wonderful relaxing/play space under the house in the drive area for some shade if need. Such a great spot and look forward to booking again next time! Oh and can’t forget the quick 5 minute walk to the beach was very nice.

Cute beach house for our family of 4
This is a great property in an excellent part of Galveston. The house has everything we needed for our beach vacation. We had our own chairs and shade but this house also features ones you can use. The outdoor bathroom and shower was also a plus. The washer and dryer allowed us to bring less and head home with clean clothes.

Not only was the house perfect for our family it actually acomadated our moods. we were hyper the night we got there so we were able to sit out in the porch and enjoy the view. Then the next morning we were out to the beach, with the wagon and tent provided from the home. After an amazing beach day we went home ordered pizza and watched movies on Netflix. it was awesome and anytime I contacted the owner she replied in no time.

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a great size for our family of four, and we loved the proximity to the beach. My tree-hugger side wishes there had been recycling available, but that is probably a city limitation. The amenities available were great and in good shape, and if we were to make another trip to south Texas, I think we would love to stay at this house again. :)

Nice cozy little house. Nice distance to the beach. Neighbors got a little noisy our last 2 nights there but the rest of week was nice and quiet.

Shabby but NOT chic. Mattresses uncomfortable. Run down couches. "Remodel" looks like it was done by someone who watched a couple of DIY shows and concluded "we can do ourselves". We left a day early.
