Location was good, breakfast and lobby area were clean.

The drain in the shower wasn't working properly and water would stand while having a shower. One door on the shower enclosure was missing.

The overall value for the price is favorable when compared with other hotels during the same period. Additionally, the location is advantageous, situated conveniently near other key destinations within the city.

This hotel fell short of expectations in several areas. Firstly, navigating the parking proved challenging due to its limited size and tight spaces, posing difficulties for even experienced drivers, particularly with the underground parking. Secondly, the check-in process was less than efficient, resulting in a wait time exceeding 30 minutes before accessing my room. Additionally, the quality of sleep was compromised by a bed that was notably uncomfortable, arguably the least satisfactory I've encountered in any hotel stay. Lastly, there was a transition in management and a hotel renaming during my visit, a change that was not communicated to me beforehand. Regrettably, the Booking.com listing had not been updated to reflect the new name or the current state of the hotel.

وصلت الساعة 4.45 وبلغوني احتاج 20 دقيقة لستلام الغرفه بعد مرور 15 دقيقة بلغوني لايوجد غرف سرير كوين يوجد غرفه سريران منفردين وافقت اخذت الكرت اطلع للغرفة اشوف عمال النظافة للان تنظيف بالغرفة دخلت وهم يكملون عملهم اخذو 15 تقريبا

الاستقبال رائعين قابلت 3 شباب رائعين بكل مع الكلمه اخلاق واسلوب وتعامل وخدمات بصراحة في منتهى الرقي ايضاً البل مان ممتازين جداً يخدمون بكل شي وده يشيلك من الارض من كذا التعامل والخدمه الجميله النظافه والهدوء مرررة ايضاً المطعم مدير المطعم يخدمك بنفسه ويقدم لك الاكل يعني تعامل واخلاق اتمنى يوصلهم شكري لهم واتمنى يوصلهم مكافأة تحفيزيه على خدماتهم الرائعة لانها تكسب النزيل
