Mrs. Graciela is extremely nice and helpful. The house is beautiful and well-kept. The room is clean and nice. The apartment is in a very good location. I recommend it with all my heart.

Well equipped apartment. Nothing missing. Not every room has a laundry. We had a barbecue instead 😉 great parking. Supermarkets as direct neighbour's. Despite the place is super quiet. Not in the city center.

The room is a great accommodation for a couple of days when you know you will only need to sleep there! It has its own tiny fridge and air conditioner. There's a small open kitchen(ette) that you share with one other room. It opens up directly to a large terrace where you are surrounded with greenery and you can enjoy your breakfast in peace. The host was lovely and let us use the parking spot well after our checkout time. Secure, gated parking is available for guests. A 15 min walk will take you to the old Rovinj center. There are at least 3 large shops available in vicinity as well as the world's most famous fast food chain.

The bed should be updated, it is not as comfortable and also a bit shorter than usual (probably 1.9m?) Keep that in mind if you are tall.

Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable room, well equiped kitchen, lovely staff. We also loved the terrace.

The quality of all the materials in the room was very luxurious. The use of kitchenette was very practical, too !

The apartment is very well located, just 15 minutes walking to get to the city center. There are a lot of grocery shops near by. Everything is super clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly and willing to help. Communication went good and check in was easy. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Rovinj.
