The lock box and keys worked well. The beds were comfortable and the mattress toppers were wonderful. We loved having a sauna. The kitchen had very good equipment. The house was warm and cozy in spite of the very cold temperatures. The house was in an excellent location - walking distance to Rovaniemi. The owner was responsive and answered any query immediately - very helpful.

Everything in this Villa was simply perfect. The host has put so much thought into everythjng hes provided. He was even extremely responsive to all our queries for months before the trip there. The location is just perfect and in such a beautiful lane that felt magical in christmas.

Check in was at 3 Pm. We reached at 7.30 AM but the staff allowed us to leave our luggage around 12.30 pm

House was so warm, too warm at times, it was so cosy! Fully equipped house, fantastic location within walking distance of Rovaniemi.

Good size property within an easy walk of the city centre. Good facilities.

The location is great, near Rovaniemi center and Arctikum. Near the frozen lake/ river which was very good to see the aurora borealis everynight. 10 min by car for Santa Claus Village. Very comfortable Villa, with 1 one bedroom with double bed and 2 beds in living room. Big bathroom. Equipped kitchen.

The cleaning maybe improve a little as well as the quality of the towels but that was not a problem.

It was a pleasant stay and had a good time spending here. Location is close to markets and Santa Village by car. I would recommend for family and friends or for a small group.
