Lovely cottage, nice amount of space and lovely owners made you feel right at home. Interior is dated but kept with the character of the cottage! Loved seeing the chickens, even brought some eggs to bring home.

A few of the kitchen door knobs need fixing and struggled using the attachable shower head, other than that we loved our stay!

Nice and quiet weather wasn't so good but cottage was lovely and warm Dog enjoyed the tiled floor It was a nice few days away.Jug of milk,teabags,coffee and a packet of biscuits on arrival

Possibly needs towels and bedding updated. Some minor decor improvements would improve property very quickly.

The fact that they were inconsiderate despite our plight. We preinformed them a week before hand.

We liked the location and the peace and quiet. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Nice to roam around the farm but had to keep dogs on leads as we didnt know what farm animals we may run into. Bath was nice but small. Layout of the accommodation was quaint oldy worldy and very relaxing.

We were highly disappointed with comfort. The sitting area was literally a sitting area, not comfortable to relax in of an evening. The double bed mattress was so thin it meant the edge of the bed was the wooden bedframe. Getting out of the bed meant you were getting up of the solid wooden bed frame. Sleeping in the bed meant you were often on or against the wooden bed frame. Not a comfortable nights sleep. The dogs on site were a nuisance as we had a window we couldnt open. If we did we got one of the on-site dogs jumping up at the window which disturbed our dogs who ran around all over the place. After arriving, it was touch and go that we actually stayed and eventually left a day early having booked a further weekend elsewhere.

Wonderful setting..so beautiful and farm was idyllic. Cottage was pretty and quaint with all amenities you needed.

Shame no log burner.
