The location is nice in front of the beach

The place was not clean with bed sheets not changed and the room was full of ants. The WiFi was not working in the room and the reception was open just few hours per day.

Arrived at 9pm. Hotel locked and in darkness. No one available. Telephoned and after 1 hour someone told us the entry code. Reception in darkness had to fumble around to find our letter with key. No one at hotel when we left to pay at 8am. We asked for directions from the airport which were promised but not given. There was supposed to be someone come to let us in, no one arrived. It was a total disgrace for a hotel.

This was once a nice place (I liked it). Nothing now. They take your money and change the rules...not nice people.

Made reservation with web posted arrival window clearing stating time. After reservation made and money taken they changed the arrival window...which I could not make. They would not cancel reservation at no cost. They would not even communicate for 4 days. A lock box for late arrival was offered via email and too late to be of any help. Booking was not much help either. Keep your web page updated and don't cheat the public.

Check in difficult after 5 pm

Nice and comfortable for a night and very close to the boatyard Villanova we needed to visit for work.

Didn't see staff as we checked in late and it's not a 24 hour check in. Didn't matter to much.

Location perfect , couldn’t ask for a better position.brow stunning.

The location was excellent, with view of and close to the beach. My room and bathroom were well appointed. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, especially Mai on reception and America in the restaurant. Breakfast was not included on my rate so cannot comment, however I did have an excellent Pulpo Gallega on one evening! The restaurant speciality is seafood. Altogether a very friendly and comfortable seaside Hotel.

The walking distance to and from the train station is further than it appears.

There was one thing that I couldn't believe ..a small.rusty bin in the bathroom.. It should be got rid of immediately Everything else was excellent

We loved the seafood restaurant which is part of the hotel. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the beach and there is a large carpark across the road. The decor was lovely and very good value for money. We only stayed one night as we were heading to southern Spain. There was a welcome bottle of wine in the room too!
