the hotel was well located.. absolutely spotless, comfortable bed, nice breakfast..

Availability of underground parking space in the center of the town. (although requiring some skills not to touch the sides of the entry). Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the city center with plenty restaurants and starting point of a nice city tour by foot.

Although having ordered a drink at the reception, the receptionist continuous kept checking guests in. After having waited close to 10 minutes, we left to get our drink somewhere in the city. He could have asked new guests to wait for 2 minutes to provide us the drinks from the bar opposite to his desk.

The price and location close to the train station were good. The room and bed were comfortable.

Outside noises were easily heard in my room.

Clean, good location, good shower, very good value for money.

The bed had two single matresses, instead of one in an appropriate size.

Hotel is perfectly located near the train station. WiFi is good. Breakfast is simple but fresh.

On check out I asked to call taxi through the reception. they called and said that taxi will be in a few minutes. I was waiting for it for the 45 minutes, and it didn’t come. Nobody warned me that there is no free cars. I was late to my meeting, a day was ruined. at the reception just said “sorry for this”. maybe it is just French style of service and hotel is not guilty. But it would be great if the hotel warn guests on possible problems.

The room was perfect, staff was very kind, helpful, good breakfast, excellent location.

We didn't have such.

The hotel is conveniently located for walking to bars and restaurants and seeing the sights of Tours. It is near the train station. The room was clean and appeared to have been recently refurbished. We were not disturbed. The lobby and bar area is stylish. There are lots of pictures on the walls from James Bond films.

Upon checking in, we were advised that the car park access is very small, so we couldn't park on site. (We have a mid-size SUV.) We had to park in a nearby underground public car park. I'd been advised that we couldn't book a parking space, but had I known that we had no chance of getting in the car park, I might've booked somewhere else. Our room was small and awkwardly laid out with where the bathroom had been placed. The main problem was that the shower had been fitted poorly. As soon as you started to run the water, it flooded the bathroom floor because it flowed away from the drain rather than towards it! Had we been staying for more than 2 nights, I'd have asked to move rooms.

Breakfast was as expected a little basic but pleasant. Hotel in good location for access to centre.I am confined to a wheelchair so had booked a disabled room. On arrival I was told that an accessable was not available. We were shown two rooms in the hope that one would be acceptable, however I could not fit my wheelchair into either bathroom. We have learned it is essential to speak with the hotel directly to ensure there is a suitable bedroom with accessable bathroom. The hotel manager worked very hard to ensure that the final room was acceptable. Do not trust Booking . Com drop down to select facilities.

After a long journey to get there it would have been nice to be able to walk into the room we thought we had booked.we had also arrived in temperatures of over 40 degrees. The hotel was nice and cool but we couldn’t find either a bar or restaurant that had air conditioning.
