Good parking, friendly staff and very good bedrooms. We had one dinner and it was really good.

Nothing really. The restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening but that meant we ate in the town where there are several good places to eat. So no problem.

It was noisy at night. When we checked in, we were told we would need to book a table at the restaurant as there was musical entertainment that evening. This did not appeal to us so we ate in town. The music carried on until after 11.30, and we could hear it from our room. The sound insulation between the bedrooms was also poor. A dog was barking in the room above us during the night, and we could hear people chatting and moving around their rooms and bathrooms through the night. The hotel was very busy the night we stayed, so we probably didn't see it at it's best, but the organisation at breakfast left a lot to be desired. The way the food was laid out meant there wasn't a good "flow" of people around the dinning room, so getting food was chaotic. Plates, cups etc kept running out. Slightly further outside of Uzes than I had expected, but that's my fault for not checking properly before booking. It's not walking distance to town.

A good choice for a stopover enroute - clean and comfortable rooms and decent food in the restaurant. 5-10 minutes walk into the charming town centre so convenient too. The kids loved visiting Haribo shop too which is only 5 mins away.

The only positive thing is the position, near by pont di gard, avignone ect.. The structure is very dirty, the common part with a very dirty moquette, the sintetic green area outside the pool also and not mentioned the room, with the floor and the bathroom very dirty the tiles in the shower. It could be a nice structure but as a 3 star I was expected more and not so dirty. Please clean up.

Struttura sporca sopratutto le camere con i bagni oltre che alla moquette negli spazi comuni macchiata e sporca. Per essere un tre stelle molto sporco. Potrebbe essere una struttura carina ma è molto trasandata al momento. Non la consiglierei.

Breakfast is as bad as it gets. Longish walk to the town itself along busy road without proper pedestrian sidewalk.

Shower water pressure was good. Room window opened.

The location was a bit more than 10 minutes walk from the town centre, as suggested in the hotel description, particularly if you aren't in the first flush of youth

Lady at the front desk spoke perfect English, which is a pleasure in France.

Other personnel, such as waiters in the restaurant, not. Not even a slightest bit. Rooms were outdated, squeaky bed, rust in the bath tub, etc. For this price I expected more.

Dated rooms. old toilets. dirty carpets all over the corridors. total lack of cleaning in the rooms and generally at the hotel. the pandemic situation does not justify such carelessness. poor basic breakfast for the price.

Handy for walking into Uzes, although it's not a pleasant walk. We ate in the restaurant most evenings and had good meals, the service was excellent, the staff remembering our requirements for wine.

Room service was a bit shaky, but we made allowances due to the virus effect which must have put extra pressure on the staff.
