The room was very clean and spacious. we requested for a baby cot upon booking and it was ready in the room when we arrived. well organized! Breakfast was decent and affordable.

There was situation, by mistake I've got already used room. I've noticed this when lady came to my room to clean it. After this I've got another room with apologies, which is okay. But with apologies, miss from reception told me that I will have breakfast free of charge. Day after I was charged for everything like nothing happens. Noone passed that information to another person.

The breakfast was exceptionally good value and we had a choice of scrambled eggs or fried eggs freshly made together with the buffet breakfast. The coffee was good. The staff were also very pleasant and offered to help with everything. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was just perfect during this heat wave. The location was perfect too - the petrol station and the supermarket was virtually next door.

I would not recommend you to book this hotel if you are planning to visit Dusseldorf and stay here. It is easily and faster reachable by car but by train takes a lot of time to travel to and from the city.

It is a cosy hotel which is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in our room, and the private parking.

The beds were actually fine but my back almost always hurts. So nothing they could have done about it yet it still wasn’t comfy for me. But all good!

Room just facing the train track, a little noisy, especially when the window is opened. The room was very warm when I arrived at night (airco not switched on).
