3.5
friendly staff, shower, breakfast
No place for car. There is a park Platz, but it is very small,
Very noisy outside the window
3.5
Needs a decent self service coffee machine at breakfast. The breakfast are expensive at EUR 18.50 when compared with budget hotels such as MotelOne where the offering is broadly similar. Travel Charme breakfasts are much better.
4.0
The breakfast was great
We had the bigger room which also meant that we had a great big wrap-around terrasse.
The restaurant was reasonably priced and made great food
The parking spaces were often occupied
4.5
Room was quite large, lots of space to lounge in. Very quiet -- the elevator was right next to it, and we never heard any sound from it. There were a few snacks and bottles of water in the room, free of charge. The room comes with an adventure card that gives you free access to multiple cable cars on the mountains and the bus that goes up and down the valley, a real gem of a benefit. The breakfast is expensive, as others have mentioned, so we found other options down the street (Der Gusto Feur Stein for 8 euros), but we had the restaurant breakfast the last day, and it was very very good. There were 4 egg choices, 4 meat choices, cheeses, lots of breads, liquids, fruits. I wouldn't eat there every day because of the expense, but it was great for a special treat. We ate dinner once in the restaurant, very nice. Loved that there is an elevator so you can wear yourself out hiking around the mountains and then ride to your room.
The room was on the street side of the hotel, so it got noisy in the morning with the early traffic (it's not heavy traffic, just new noise in the morning). The church right across the street rings bells starting at 0700, beautiful noise but can be startling in sleep. Ask for a room on the back or side, or bring earphones/ear buds if you need to control the noise. It was a small bother that would not deter us from returning. The beds were a little firm. The adventure card more than made up for any discomfort.
5.0
the location, the ease of parking, the service.
everything was perfect
3.5
Very clean. Beds are very comfortable. At 22:00 everything went quiet, perfect when you want to start the next day early. Breakfast options are fair. Staff was helpful whenever we needed something. Close to an elevator. Good views to the mountains. If you ask for it, you get a visitor card that allows you to use the town bus for free, perfect to reach other elevators or walking routes.
All the min points are related to food at the hotel. While breakfast was decent, some of the items felt quite "pre made" supermarket stuff, such as the sausages and bacon. Did not have the chance to try the restaurant for dinner as it was a problem to get a table for 5 adults + 2 toddlers (while 5 adults would have been fine, strange...). The meals at the bar are expensive and not worth the money, I think they were pre-made or come from a meal box.
3.5
Very central location. Everything you need like supermarket, kiosk, various restaurants and hiking trails in walking distance. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was spotless clean. Great mountain view.
mattress wasn't very comfortable and felt quite old. Expected a bit more from a 'Deluxe' room. No iron in the room.

Breakfast is very good, hotel location is near to cable car.
The young man in the reception was very rude, that's why I do nyt recommend this hotel.
