Zeer vriendelijke personeel, bedekte parking, vlak aan autostrade
Badkamer. Riool stank vanuit WC. Zeer plat en dun kussen. gevoel dat je in de kelder ben. Ik ben voor vijfde keer hier geweest, maar deze keer viel het tegen.

The Staff was friendly. The shower was nice. The beds were confi. The coffee shop, food store was modern and had lof of snack/food options.. we didn't have time to enjoy it.
To get there was very difficult. The indications from maps were not helpful. The places is a stop and go place. Forget to spend more time than that.
Too expensive for the kind of place we stayed.

Good location
I used to stay in this hotel regularly (always happy with the service), however since COVID the standard has dropped. No more option to eat dinner or supper as restaurant is now closed. Our room stinks of cigarettes. Breakfast was good, however there was plenty of tables with frying pans on it and it feels like some refugees camp. Not friendly for family stay. There was no information that hotel is now facility for refugees or about closed restaurant. Won't be staying here again, sorry.

It's convenient to stop off to get some rest from driving all day. The showers are the absolute best. Staff are always very nice and happy. Good value for money.
We have been stopping here on our way to Poland for 30+ years back when it was a Best Western. The rooms are beginning to look a little tired. Stained carpet damaged paintwork. Guests can be noisy due to hard flooring

The breakfast was very good and the room was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel corridors were dark. The pillows were not good and the bed was ok but not as comfortable.

The best thing about this hotel is the location - right off the motorway. Staff are always helpful and polite. It is also reasonably priced. We've never had any issues finding a parking space and they are under a roof. Outside, there is a small play park for kids. You can get a buffet breakfast for under 10 Euro. They also offer some fast food meals and there is a cafeteria. I'm rating it 8 as it suits our needs despite the decor and some cleanliness issues.
The carpet in our room was stained and dirty and in general, the hotel would do with a refurbishment.

It is close to the highway and that is very practical.
The address on Booking is wrong. If you follow that address you are off the highway on a secundary road with no clear access to the hotel at all. You are meant to come over the highway. Nowhere indicated on booking.................

Very close to motorway.
Mostly everything. Stuff was so unfriendly. The blond girl in the coffee shop can’t even say hello. Was so expensive for two star hotel. We wasn’t very happy.

Not very clear how to check in, when the rest area was closed and no warm food served after 18.
