The location is very close to the city center. It's easy to visit the Christmas market. There are some nice restaurants close to the hotel. The apartments' kitchen has all the facilities. We were very lucky to get parking place just in front of the hotel entrance for acceptable price 10 EUR per night. The hotel parking slots are quite limited, because of center location. Apartments has everything needed for family holidays.

It's impossible to cancel reservation. In some urgent situation, it would be nice to have such the possibility. Well, of course it's possible to cancel, but you'll not get money back :)

Nice place for a fair price. It's very basic, but I really lacked nothing (beside coffee) The location is amazing, very close to the city center and in a very quite lovely place. The staff was super nice!

Basic, kind of dated.

Clean, fresh, accommodation in a great central location with a lovely view across the lake. All staff were very friendly and polite. Free parking provided for my motorcycle.

My single room was clean but very small and the en suite bathroom was equally petite. Breakfast buffet was bizarre - delicious croissants with butter and cheese but no bread. I asked for bread and was told to eat more croissants! This made no sense at all.

We asked for a parking space and get one. The view from the balcony is very charming and relaxing. There is a nice park nearby for a walk.

The hotel was just exactly what we were expecting. The staff was friendly. Just around the corner we were lucky to find a free parking spot.

Basic, budgetfriendly hotel. Bathroom across the hall, worked perfectly fine.

It’s basic.

To be very honest, initially I chose this hotel to save money but the stay was way, way beyond expectation. Such a clean room with a view of the lake (and a pair of lovely swan 🦢 resides just next to the room balcony! along with a group of little ducks 🦆). Enjoyed the most beautiful and peaceful sunset ever. Location is also very convenient.

The bathroom is inside the room but it's quite small for a bigger person. The sink could be made deeper as well.

The room and bed are small, but that's ok for me, although it might be an issue for some people. The guy at the reception was not impolite, but I am not sure that hospitality business is the most suitable line of work for him. They close between 1-3pm so that you can't leave the luggage there. No shampoo provided. 10€ for the so-called French-style breakfast is steep.

The room is small, but uses space very efficiently. A heavy genius discount has resulted in an adequate price of 75 euros.

Two separate small balconies for one room instead of one big one is ridiculous.

The location of the hotel is really beautiful. Not only that it is very close to the downtown but also being next to the little lake "Mühlenteich" with the ducks and the gulls and the garden in the view. It is nothing of a bit of a luxury but it is clean and in a way unique. Breakfast is super simple but still lovely in the way it is prepared. I think the weard combination of the bare simplicity of the hotel together with its wonderful placement near the water is somewhat attractive on its own. Was really a good choice in its price category.

It’s right next to a pond and restaurants in the old town. The room is clean, simple, and well managed.

The towels are clean, but old. They could be replaced them with new towels.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is by a beutiful lake, the Lübeck dome is 5 minutes away, the city center is 10 minutes by walk. The room was cozy, well equipped, super clean, and I especially appreciated the little balcony.

Unfortunetly, and this is a huge bummer, the doors/walls are not soundproof at all. I had the worst night ever because whenever somebobody opened their doors on the hallway, it sounded as if they were standing right in the middle of my room. I heard my neighbours flushing the toilette, taking a shower, talking. Now, I had no luck with my neighbours either, because they were in and out of theor room all night - literally all night long. I woke up for them opening and closing their door in the craziest hours (0:30; 3:14, 7:00) and they gave me an extremely hard time to fall asleep. And I am not a light sleeper, usually if I fall asleep, I am dead. Anyhow, if you are looking to get some rest, to enjoy the comfort of the room and get a good sleep - this hotel isn't what you are looking for.

Wonderful view on the lake

Booked a double bed and got sth similar to a single bed for two people.

Beautiful view from room and from breakfast room. Very good breakfasts. Staff very helpful. Location a great advantage.

I can't think of anything.

A nice and well equipped room. The place is situated at the end of the main street and in easy walking distance to all the main attractions in Lübeck. The reception was very helpfull with information and answers to our many questions.

The bed and I did not agree. I told it to the reception and the problem would be corrected urgently. Breakfast was not available due to the Covid-19, but there are many good bakeries on the main street.
