Hotel je velmi pěkný, moderně vybavený, s perfektní polohou pro služební cestu, hned při Výstavišti. Navíc pokoj v 8.patře měl úžasný výhled na město, což byl příjemný bonus. Snídaně jsou bohaté, s velkým výběrem, personál vstřícný. Mohu jedině doporučit.

There was no heating in the room, so i tried several times to explain to reception that they need to do something but without success. After one hour of calls I go down and explain F2F that it is not possible to sleep in su such a cold room. I received answer that i need to go to room and they will come in a minute- which was not a case. After 20min waiting a was again in front of reception asking to talk with manager, after that they offer me another room with heating. Conclusion that i lost more then one a half hour negotiate for basic things in the hotel...never ho back again.

Beautiful, not very large room with a stylish bathroom. Amenities provided, everything very clean. Breakfast is amazing: great choice and variety, along with impeccable quality. The bar/restaurant is quite pricey (for Czech Republic), but the quality is very high, with decent portion sizes. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, receptionists are always smiling and forthcoming, but the best part are the waiters&waitresses at the bar/restaurant. Sasha is amazing, and her male counterparts are pleasant as well!

Upper floor rooms (Deluxe/Executive) are fresh, clean and modern. Some of them with city view.

Breakfast was good in congress hall, but hopefully will become even better once restaurant gets renovated.

The rooms were really big and bed was really nice Breakfast had really good options, also local choices. The staff was really helpful with our questions and were always happy to help especially the guy with glasses, who spoke also french :)

The room was hot eventhough we had aircon, but maybe it was because outside was over 30 degrees. But this was also kind of our fault because you could get help with it (there was a note that if there is any problem come to ask help) but we came back everyday so late so we were tired to ask about it....

Perfect hotel to stay. Very kind and helpful staff. Very good breakfest, super restaurant.

Breakfast was super.

Heating in room could not be turned off. Door could not be locked from the inside. Some lamps were missing bulbs. Plunge in shower was not working. Bad price/quality.

I was impressed by the breakfast. There were many delicious options. There was a large number of guests, but the staff was making efforts and has succeeded in keeping the restaurant clean and the buffet in perfectly condition.

nice breakfast newly renovated rooms look good good gym with decent equipment (unlike most hotel gyms)

smelly room (905), like someone left old shoes under the bed if you don’t get a renovated room (which is not guaranteed), you’ll be sleeping in a communist era type room
