Klid, personál, pohodlí.
Rez na záchodě a vaně, prasklá nádrž u wc, zašlá špína u kohoutku na umyvadle.

Almost everything
15 min before the The settled time for breakfast the door was opened and there were already people inside Eating. We went to grab coffee only and a guy from the kitchen short so angry and he make problems about the coffee and he made our day . I was going to give ten but because of him I give five

Staff were nice, the place is not that bad. Not so far from the center so location wise was good as well.
The breakfast selection is really small, barely any choice. Fair amount of food but not much of a choice. The wifi at level 3 was horrible, it doesn't work almost all the time... We had to go outside the hotel at the door or at the seating area so we can get a bar or two only

The location is great for business trips, close to the subway. Hotel is nice and quiet. Despite windows facing the street, there was not any noise. Very clean, corridors smell like a soap, cleaning ladies do a good job, my room was always completely clean. There is a sauna nearby, a small shop and some restaurants.
there was not a tv in my room, according to a receptionist there is not a tv in any room. The blanket in my bed was short and thin, I had to use 2 of them. Breakfast was not bad but neither was good.

Our room was clean and space was enough for two people. Staff were very friendly and nice, especially in the restaurant :) Location was normal, not close to the city, but we knew it when we booked, it tooks around 20mins with tram (tram stop was very close to the hotel) to get to the old town which is the center of the city.
Problem was that there was only one hairdryer and one iron in the whole hotel. Each time we need it we had to ask for it in the reception, and reception was closed after 7pm, so if you come after 7pm, it's not possible to take any of them. Second problem was in our room(104) wifi signal strength was poor, you can only use it in some part of the room, which was frustrating. And last there was a shampoo in the bathroom which has already expired and almost empty.

location was the deciding detail for me. pictures looked nice.
garage is overpriced for the service they offer: you won’t be able to take the car or enter garage outside working hours of reception (after 7pm till 7am). a
I was quite taken aback the lady positioned the fact that my car was parked at the garage when she started her shift as a “problem “ , “ I came and saw some unknown car parked”. and when I said it wasn’t a problem she insisted it was. as though it was parked in her private house garage and not at the hotel where receptionist is THE ONLY person who can open and close the garage door. I’d expect they communicate better internally.
another thing that disappointed me was she still insisted I paid complete days for parking in advance regardless that I’d be unable to park my car if I returned to the hotel after 7pm because she said if I wanted to park in the street it would be more expensive. I refused her ‘offer’, parked in the street and eventually cumulatively paid approx 1/3 of the fixed parking rate I’d have otherwise paid at the hotel. parking after 8pm is actually free in the street, as is on weekends.
breakfast is very ordinary.
rooms are worn out, the lock on my door inside has signs of being broken; wall soap dispenser leaked soap empty, switchers weren’t cleaned during room service - you’d notice a dirty switcher.
if you think you’re saving money, think again. the value you get in return for the amount paid is not saving.

Friendly staff and good location near the metro lines. Little shops nearby and a quiet place
Good facilities but perhaps a small room bar or downstairs vending machine?

The breakfast was nice, ans the localization close enough to get to the city centre in a reasonable amount of time. Beds were quite comfortable.
It was very hard to air the room (30°C+ outside). The air conditioner would really come in handy during the heatwaves but I was aware the lack therof before reaching the hotel.

The room was clean and large. The area is quiet. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. The tram to Prague center is around the corner, as well as the metro is a few hundreds meters away.
For this price range you could not expect more. For the TV fans, the TV was missing.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was enough and the staff is very polite and kind. Nice not big room. If you need there is a common fridge on the floor.
The elevator is very old, that's why better to be care with it, bcz it stopped when we were on a way out to the airport.
Were waiting for a receptionist about 10min.
On a site was written about transfer to the airport, but they can order a taxi if you need only.

clean room, delicious food.
the reception does not work 24/7, they recalculated the payment for two days from euros to kroons at their own exchange rate!

Good location, nice staff, good price. I think a small fridge in the room would improve the hotel rating.

The breakfast was excellent and a waiter was very kind person. The room was clean and the cleaner was fast.
There was no fridge in the room. Every ember of the staff was very helpful except one old lady who was very nervous when we arrived.
