The hotel itself was very elegant however the room was basic. The main dining room was nice and we had very nice dinners and wine there, however communicating with the waiters was difficult, they did not speak very good English.

The room amenities were basic, no glasses for drinks supplied. We had to get them from downstairs bar and the room did not supply a bottle opener and when in Italy most people enjoy a nice wine, this we also had to get from the bar, but as we were told, the hotel only had one bottle opener so we had to return it straight away! The hotel was very isolated so if you did not have your own car you basically were stuck in the one place No restaurants nearby that we could find.

Good location because it was easy to find. Great pool area! The staff were very kind, they let us swim in the pool after it was closed because we arrived at the hotel late. Gorgeous view from little balcony to the Vesuvius and sea! Free parking! Very good breakfast!

It was a little disappointing that our room was not in the main building, but across the street, in another hotel. But our room was with gorgeous view and all was perfect.

Very beautiful and clean room with beautiful view The breakfast manager was very nice, listening and very helpful, i think his name is Antonio <3 1st day, we have checked-in very late for breakfast and we were hangry, he was so nice, he gave us a lot of food Wa had our friend's birthday on the second day, in the morning he offered a big cake and told us why you didn't tell me before THANK YOU Antonio <3 <3 <3 The receprion staff was great, we asked for a room with view, they were very listening and they gave us a room with one of the best views

Breakfast was not bad and the pool was good enough to have some relaxing time at the resort. The bed was pretty comfortable too.

Staff were unhelpful. No kettle or water in the room. Private event kept me and other guests awake, although everything was closed for us!

The hotel room was spacious and quiet, nice staff, fresh air and lovely view.

We arrived at 3.30 (check in starts from 2pm) the room was not cleaned yet, we had to wait for another 30 minutes for the room, that was very inconvenient, we were very tired after driving for 6 hours and awake since 5 am we were dying to sleep.

The location is in the mountains so its super hard to get there and pricey. The roads are extremely dangerous so you cant walk and there is only 1 bus a day, otherwise the taxi is 90€ to get to sorrento. The wifi and the tv dont work

Extremely noisy, you can hear the cleaning service making a huge noise with moving furniture on tiled floor very early in the morning, so disappointing and so easy to fix at the same time… Room service entered our room without knocking twice at the same day, once as we slept and the other time when were getting ready for a breakfast, does not make you feel comfortable in your own room.

nice room with nice view, location if you're willing to drive the narrow roads at night... great restaurant within a short drive (night, narrow road not recommended after some drinks...)

Cleanliness, very quite, has all amenities.We only stayed for a night because we were travelling further north. Hotel restaurant serves good food, super clean hotel and nice gardens.

As you enter the hall, you immediately feel at home with a warm environment and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a very beautiful position overlooking a big valley of the Sorrento area. The pool and the spa complete the great services offered by the hotel.
